“I sent flowers using your international service on Weds 8th September to date they have not arrived I have been in touch with your customer service personnel Today is 12th Sept flowers still not have arrived I am really very disappointed they were for a special occasion Mary O Callaghan”

“The delivery was a day late. I received an email saying that delivery had failed because there was nobody at the address but my friends were there all day. There was no note left for them.”
