“Easy to order...Flowers look just as on photos. The only complaint I have is the delivery. Delivery driver had no record of the recipient's phone number. He called me instead and luckily I happened to be just around the corner since he was about to leave the flowers in front of the wrong door and leave.”

“Hi the intended recipient of the flowers was away on holiday when the florist attempted to deliver the flowers, the florist called her and agreed to deliver a fresh bouquet when she got back from holidays. That's what Id call excellent customer service. Gerry”
