“I ordered a Christmas bouquet for a friend to be delivered to her in Dublin the next day and she received the most beautiful bouquet before lunchtime the following day. Very impressed with both the bouquet and efficiency of the service. I'd definitely recommend it.”

“Very frustrating paid for delivery to be there early because I wanted the flower to arrive at the door when she was actually there but instead arrived later when the recipient wasn't home and handed to a neighbour.”

“Hi,I sent flowers to my Sister in Australia last week as she had been in a car accident. Thankfully she was not injured. I have just seen the flowers she received and to say I am shocked is an understatement. I think I counted five stems that look like they have seen better days.They cost me 69 euros. I think that's roughly 120 dollars. Very disappointed. I don't think I will be sending flowers through Interflora again.”

“Poor quality - the flowers didn't look nice- they looked like they were passed their best - and I was a bit embarrassed as they were for a funeral. Very poor - lack of quality for the price. Never again will I purchases from Interflora.”

“I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Intrafloral's flower service not once, but twice, and both times left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite paying what I considered a hefty sum, the quality of the flowers fell far short of expectations. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and little to no effort to rectify the situation. Based on my encounters, I cannot in good conscience recommend Intrafloral to anyone seeking an online flower service. The lack of attention to detail and the dismissive attitude of their customer service team left me baffled and frustrated. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will not be utilizing their services again. If you're in need of a reliable and satisfactory flower service, I strongly encourage you to explore other options beyond Intrafloral. It's clear that there are better sources available for ordering flowers online, and I would hate for anyone else to experience the same disappointment that I did.”

“I was completely embarrassed when I saw what was actually delivered to my mum for her birthday. Instead a Large size ( 64 euro) of a pretty pink and red roses and carnitions, she got 3 pink roses ( leaves looking wilted~not fesh at all) and 3 carnations with a big bunch of green leaves aorund to make it look bigger. Really disappointed and embarrassing situation!! I will never use your service again!”
