Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Sent “happy days” flowers to USA from uk to my granddaughter , graduating from middle school. Arrived promptly, but not impressed with photo I saw of them. Looked rather scruffy. Use interflora twice yearly to USA, usually fabulous flowers! Won’t put me off as maybe just struck unlucky this occasion. Sally Greenhill

Due to virus we could not pick our flowers and trusted the florist to chose them for a birthday. They were sparse with lots of foliage and just average in look. Disappointing.

Whilst the service was great, I felt a little underwhelmed by the flowers. I don’t think it was a £35 bouquet ☹️

Although I booked my flowers for same day delivery (I booked before 10.30am) and my order was accepted I subsequently received an email to say that "due to unforseen circumstances" my delivery would not be made until the following day which was the day AFTER my anniversary. If my delivery could not be made then my order should not have been accepted and it feels like it was get my money then fail to perform rather than state up front that my delivery could not be fulfilled which would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements. Although I have been advised that my delivery charge will be refunded this is not really good enough as it should be refunded in any event when it has not been fulfilled as promised. Even when the flowers did arrive the following day it was around 5 pm!

For £45 I was expecting more. The flowers did not match the standard shown in the picture. A lot of the flowers hadn't blossomed yet. I am normally very happy with orders from interflora but on this occasion I'm disappointed.

Disappointed that full order not delivered, had no explanation why, sent email and was refunded for those undelivered items. Just a shame during this time when sending gifts for birthdays you except them to be done.

I wasn’t really happy with the bouquet of flowers delivered. For £35 you’d expect more, they looked quite cheap.

Disappointed by lack of style in the arrangement and choice of flowers. You can’t use the present situation as an excuse as I found a far superior selection at M & S at a fraction of the cost.

Appreciate that range is more limited under Covid conditions but was happy to go with florists own arrangement. However the bunch was significantly sparser than Interflora’s usual standard and I would say below standard. To be honest had I known this before I ordered, I wouldn’t have proceeded.

I have to say for a 45 pound bunch of flowers I was very very disappointed I could have got a bunch the same size in Tesco for 12 pounds which i will do in future
