I was very disappointed the size of bouquet for £55!! It was a very small! Although lovely.. If I’d paid £20 I would have been satisfied. I expected a lot more for that price!

Flowers not as expected, this is the first time Ive had a problem and I’ve been using this service for years. I just renewed my subscription for free delivery !!!!!

I paid £50 for a bunch of flowers for my wife. The flowers were lovely but it was not £50 worth of flowers.

The hand picked selection of flowers was disappointing. A gift for a sister recovering from an operation, and she felt the need to add some flowers if her own.

Sadly the flowers were below average and for £40 not what i would have expected from Interflora a horrible mix of cheap flowers you would expect from a petrol station for £5, disappointing

Flowers were delivered 24hours late. No explanation or warning from Interflora. Information from courier and Interflora was contradictory. No response to my email from customer service. Disappointing as I normall don’t have any problems.

Website straightforward. Communication to trace order appalling. I was directed to a helpline number which I called, just a message to say no-one is going to answer, and to email in. Why not remove this step altogether it serves no purpose? It is a time waster and adds to frustration. The florist fulfilling my order in France did not update the tracking, so I had no idea if they had the order. Email response took too long to come back. Any known issues should be made available at time of ordering. All a waste of time as the flowers were delivered albeit late in the afternoon. Had the florist acknowledged the order it could have all been avoided. They had all the contact numbers and email addresses. Won't risk this again with Interflora.

Purchased a £40 arrangement of assorted flowers for a anniversary to be delivered. Delivery was excellent as it arrived early morning.....but the flowers were really disappointing! Some of them looked as if the had to be used on that day or be thrown away! Compared to a £10 bunch Of flowers from the garage which my partner’s daughters bought her, I think I have well over paid for the value!

I was disappointed. Damage to plants!One large leaf was broken, the other partially eaten and one plant looked as though it had been wrenched out of the soil! I sent an email on 14th but have not yet received a reply!

Received my flowers already wilted it has been 3 days since receiving them and they are dead, this makes me believe they were old, for £55 you don't expect to receive half dead flowers very disappointed.

Two of the lily steams delivered had been well past their best and looked half dead it's a shame as Ive used this delivery service before without I issues

The flowers arrived for my daughters 18th & they were nothing special considering what I paid for them. They appeared to be quite flat and withered & almost on their ‘last legs.’ Very disappointed and wont be using again.

The order for Australia was expensive and poorly arranged. For nearly 50+ pounds one would expect value better than a 6 Australian Dollar bouquet, i know the local florist who arranged and delivered it, and they are usually better. Not nice to send this from the UK for my wedding anniversaire to Australia. Will think twice before chose your service again. Sorry.
