The order simply did not arrive. I used a chat to complain and they said they would send again . But I am very disapointed. I have discovered also that the value for money is simply not there. FInd a local florist and befriend them would be my advice. I say this also as a platinum paid customer. Which I will not do again.

Whilst the bouquet turned up on time, it was very sparse in terms of actual blooms and a number of flowers were dead or missing leaves. Not great Interflora, below expectations especially for a special occasion. Disappointed.

The service was fantastic and so easy to process. But the flowers weren’t as fresh as I would have hoped. They looked sparse and like the flowers that were ready to be thrown out. I was a little embarrassed to see the picture my friend had sent me of the bunch she recieved. I would have expected better quality for £30

Although I paid £66 for the bouquet ( that it would have been £20 at the most here in England) , some of the flowers were half dry, not really the picture I have chosen, and there was a lot of greenery. Not a service I will use again, sadly

I spend £35 on delivery but was not impressed with the bouquet that was delivered to my contact. When I was choosing the bouquets, the pictures that came up on website were far more appealing. Even my local florist has better bouquets for £30 than what Interflora created. So disappointed

I paid extra money for the flowers to be delivered in the morning and they were delivered in the afternoon. That’s not right.

Very dIsappointing collection of flowers for the price paid for this Anniversary gift. Does the local florist get told how much is being paid to interflora? In fairness, I received a refund but the damage was done.

Product is fine but I was overcharged - I paid for annual deliveries but was charged anyway. Seems difficult for Interflora customer services to deal with. Disappointing.

Unfortunately the bouquet that arrived for my mum from my dad for their 60th Wedding anniversary was very disappointing, it contained only 3 roses and the rest were small flowers, my parents just felt for the money spent there wasn’t alot to show for it

The delivery was great but for £7 I would expect it to me. I spent £40 on a bunch of flowers which looked like they came from the supermarket. They used the exact flowers you get in the standard supermarket flowers and looked like they were worth around £10. I normally love interflora but this was a complete let down.

Although I can’t fault Interflora for their speedy delivery service, I would prefer to wait one more day to know that the flowers selected were going to be a really beautiful arrangement. In actual fact, the flowers which I ordered and were delivered to a friend who was unwell were a really ugly mix of clashing colours and included bright yellow chrysanthemums and bright pink carnations…the two types I had expressively asked not to be included. For the cost paid, I would have expected something of a much higher quality and an arrangement with some degree of aesthetic merit. This is not difficult to achieve. If I lived closer to my friend I would have done it myself and achieved something altogether more pleasing. Very disappointed.
