We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Everything worked out fine, but the problem I always have is putting in the address for the credit card. It's just not setup well for people sending from the US, and we have City and State, whereas in the form it as district and area. Whenever I save the address for future use, it doesn't save it properly and I always have to re-enter it, and I never know where to put the state, and inevitably I always put it in the wrong field. Please can you tailor the address to match the country.

considering I gave several days notice of the order I found a delivery between 5-6pm too late for a birthday gift. I had to email to ask the receipient to stay in. Noy good

My local florist would have provided a better quality display of flowers for the price I paid. Delivery was prompt, but the flowers were a huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend.

My sister who lives in melbourne had just got out of hospital and the bouquet i picked with the yellow roses is not what she received

I was unable to track my order and didn't know if the recipient received flowers. No confirmation they were received. Very disappointed. Eventually managed to check myself they had arrived.

Order didn’t arrive when it was meant too. Courier stated it was the wrong address on the order! Uh I think I know my own address and it it has a address scanner using your postcode to find the address!!!!!

Although I ordered a handpicked for you bouquet, they bared no relevance to the flowers in the picture and were not to my taste. Wouldn’t use this service again

I was disappointed with the actual arrangement. There was an obvious front to the bouquet, but some of the flowers were not in appropriate places. The only huge rose should have been in the centre. The tallest (aster) was in a peculiar position. The twig in the bouquet was not fresh and started to fall out straighaway.

Only positive was flowers delivered promptly and on time flowers looked nothing like one ordered also tired and dying Very disappointed believe wont use this service again

Ordered for birthday for morning delivery - did not arrive until 4pm when recipient was out, so had to be left in porch; she did not get back until late, so very late gift.

The website and ordering service are brilliant, however, the one set of flowers that were delivered were all dead within two days of being delivered, my poor Nan was so upset she didn't want to tell me in case it upset me as well!

Interflora itself great service but the provider of the flowers were poor, we could have got better flower at the garage for less then half the price! I understand there may be a shortage due to the covid but the bunch my brother brought from a shop we’re double in size 😪 just wanted a nice bunch for a special occasion.

Did not get a confirmation of delivery. When checked, the reference number was not recognised! So assumed it was not delivered. Called the number provided- it did not work, the only option was to send an e- mail. Got response within 2 hours. Do not recommend, will not use the company again

The flowers were not delivered on the day expected. The reason given was that no one was at home and didn’t answer the phone. Both our daughter, son in law And the maid were in the house and the phone didn’t ring. It was disappointing as when they did arrive the next day it was no longer the surprise we wanted it to be.
