Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Flowers all to similar in colour making the bunch look plain. Jug (vase) not very nice. Previously had better quality. After 3 days flowers are dying. Ordered many times before, this is definitely the worst received

More expensive than going direct to the florist and the quality of the arrangement and vases that arrived were not the same as depicted on the website.

The booking & delivery process was all very good & nice to get a text telling you it’s been delivered. But I feel the bunch of flowers my friends received were a lot smaller than I thought and they didn’t really have the wow factor like the pictures showed. I appreciate that they’re different to the ones in the pictures due to different seasons etc, but I felt let down & having paid £42 for that was really over the top as the flowers received looked quite cheap. I could have easily have bought 2 bunches of flowers from a supermarket & put them together in a vase that would have looked better for a fraction of the price. So overall I was a disheartened with what my friends received which was meant to be something to cheer them up.

Arrived on the day. Wasn’t at all impressed with the flowers, cheap appearance, not the colours in the picture. I understand a slight difference with what’s available however, very, very poor choice of flowers by the florist

I gave used Interflora a lot over the years and, generally speaking, have been very pleased with the service. On this occasion, however, I was most disappointed... Firstly, I did not receive a notification as to whether my order had been delivered, secondly when I used the tracking link in my original email I got an error message stating that my order couldn't be found and telling me to contact customer services by means of a telephone number. Thirdly when I called the telephone number I received an automated message to say that I could not speak to anyone by phone. I then emailed customer services detailing my issue, to which I had (and still have not) received a response!

Although the service was good, I thought the bouquet itself was poor value. Firstly I thought it looked small, and secondly the petals have started dropping after just two days.

I ordered a new baby arrangement which was shown in pinks and whites, and excepted that arrangement may differ to photograph, however on seeing the picture my friend sent of said flowers I was bitterly disappointed, no pinks like the photo at all and not as many flowers or foliage as the picture depicted, was the first and probably last time I'd use this service.

Yes the flowers got delivered but there was no note saying that they’d delivered them to next door as we were out. We did leave a note on the door saying leave them at the door ? So without realizing that they were left next door, we’d sent an email stating that they hadn’t been delivered. Just a little note would of been appreciated.

The rose Bush was out of the container it looks like it had being turned upside down in box so the surprise was spoiled for our anniversary

Recipient of flowers told me they lasted two days,petals dropped,no ribbon, and they were cheap flowers.

The floral arrangements was not the one I picked also the flowers where only 3 and didn't have a base

Unfortunately my friend had to contact the florist as some of the roses were brown around the edges and dying, the flowers had to be replaced with fresh ones by the florist.
