I spent £80 and £7 delivery on flowers for a silver wedding anniversary. For that amount I expected a wow factor. But I got something I would guess was worth half that. I'd recently spent half that on flowers in New Zealand and the bouquets were about the same (and NZ isn't a cheap place for anything, especially flowers).

I was very happy with the flowers that were delivered they were beautiful. But i was very disappointed that the heart balloon that I had ordered and paid for wasn't delivered. No explanation or refund has been given.

For the amount off £40, find this a poorly bunch of flowers, £ 7, delivery for 500 mtrs. Won't do this again!

I’ ordered the £40 seasonal flowers bouqet. DON’t worth the price. I expected something different than 3 lillies and 3 roses. Delivery was quick but no packaging at all. The message card quality was very poor. I am sorry but very dissapointed.Not using again.

Hi The flowers arrived on time packaged well and safely. Sadly there was NO message slip with them so the recipient didn't know who they were from. Sadly included with the flowers were 4 large thistle type flowers included in the bunch and they smelt extremely strongly of onions. This no doubt will amuse you but in a confined space the smell was appalling. Thank You Andrew Gotch

For the money I paid I was very disappointed with the flowers chosen Wasn’t worth £40 I’ve got better arrangements for a much lesser price from other online flower shops ,I shan’t use interflora again

Flowers ordered for next day delivery - ordered with interflora specifically due to this being an available option. Next day-no flowers arrived. I had to chase up via email as no option to call, and was then informed that it would not be possible to be delivered that day(obviously as it was now the following day!) and they would deliver them the next day. Flowers finally arrived three days after due,no refund for delivery costs reimbursed that were charged for the next day service. Very poor service and would not use again.

The flowers were great. But the delivery man was rude and abrupt. The delivery was late and the person delivering them was the worst person in all the years of ordering.

Unfortunately my experience with interflora is not great. Also unfortunately you are the only people I can use to send flowers to my family in Barbados. The flowers that arrived were, minimal, not well presented. My partner felt they were "Fine" which loosely translated means "Not Great" but it's the thought that counts. I clearly need to find another way to send flowers to Barbados

Beautiful flowers but in my opinion if there was £10 to £15 worth of flowers there that was all and I brought the £70 bunch

I was very disappointed in the amount of flowers for £50 I could have bought a supermarket arrangement for half the price and far better arrangement

50th golden wedding anniversary flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Contacted customer service who offered 25% refund. This is just slightly over the delivery charge. Disappointed is not the word !

My mum found the gift to be very small and very poor value. She felt it was worth a few pounds rather than £30+ I paid. Didn’t like it at all I’m afraid.
