Disappointed with the choce of flowers expected more quality .appeared ro be full od chrysanthemum and carnations .not worth the money wont be using again

The flower basket arrived however it had obviously been treated very badly in transit. I've attached pictures as evidence. The recipient contacted you and a new basket has been sent out, however, this completely spoiled the 30th birthday surprise and I am not happy with the service.

We ordered a bouquet for a friend £50. We usually order from local flower shops but thought we'd try this instead. The flowers arrived at work and we were very underwhelmed it was the smallest bouquet we've ever seen, it was more like a £20 bouquet size. We will definitely not order from here again. We had to tell her we actually paid £50 for it because it looked so small!!!

The flowers delivered from the florist in Chicago were not the same or as nice as the ones I chose from your website - even the vase was different and on receiving the photo from my daughter I was very disappointed considering the amount I paid.

Took this picture of the flowers...only delivered on Saturday. Certainly do not look like £40 worth of flowers and some look half dead

I ordered the flowers early in the day for same delivery. They were not delivered until the following day and as the person was away for the weekend, they did not see them until Sunday night.

Flowers did not look in the least bit like those I chose and may as well have been a lucky dip! The colours chosen were pinks and purples the ones delivered were orange and yellow daisy's!

The replacement plants arrived in the same shoddy condition as the first time. The recipient repotted the bulbs as well as possible, but some were still dead. Not an improvement, imho.

Despite being labeled "this way up" parcel arrived having been 'thrown around' in the van - as such the flowers were not as good as they should have been.

You forgot to put the card in. My Mother had to phone to find out who had sent the flowers. Really unimpressed!

Disappointing bouquet. Lots of greenery but two few flowers. Mostly yellow. Not the burst of colour in the picture. Two plants were not in the gel so we’re very droopy. I expected better from Interflora

Didn’t receive a confirmation e mail and had to resort to Twitter to ascertain if my order was ok. Flowers delivered on the day, but only lasted about 4 days, which isn’t good, considering the flowers and a small box of chocolates cost £52. I will not be using Interflora again. Very disappointed in an organisation which people used to use for quality and reliability. 😬

Delivery was a day late. No communication or account not updated during the process so no clue as to what stage order was at or when out for delivery. Have since ordered flowers using another company.

Not delivered on the day request only just delivered in the morning on the day after. Phone call on to tell me it wasn’t going to be delivered the person was rude.
