Not at all like the picture I chose. I was so disappointed. My cousin in law who had just lost her mother in-law . Had to transfer the flowers to a vase and in her words to tweek them. I was gutted. Delivery was spot on but the arrangement certainly was not. Frankly I could have done better myself. . šŸ˜Ÿ

We all have bad days and get things mixed up but the flowers were delivered to my address instead of my mothers for her 70th birthday. I got the phone call when I was in work :/ not my mother. Happy it was rectified but the suprise was spoiled when I had to call her and see if the person was standing at her door with her flowers when they were not.

I was very disappointed to receive a photo of the flowers I sent to a friend for her birthday. Having seen the picture on the interflora website I was stunned to see what they actually looked like in real life! Very very disappointing!

Was not impressed with the flowers they were not the colour I ordered and the spray itself seemed very scarce I was a little bit embarrassed by the quality of the spray.

Some of the bouquets that were advertised on the website were not available, and the one that was available was a higher price than advertised. The delivery fee was very expensive. When my sister sent me a photo of the flowers they definitely wasn't worth the money I'd paid for them. Frankly I felt ripped off. Won't be sending flowers again unfortunately.

Need to work on effective communication when deliveries are not made as instructed and definitely leaving flowers in a bin shed and expecting customers to figure out it will be in such a location is just illogical. For the above incident the notification message was sent as delivered without any other explanation. Will use other services in the future

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered early as a surprise for my wife, first thing on the morning of her birthday. Important, as I had to be away on business. Half way through the morning, I got a message saying that the driver couldn't find the house - although the address was full and accurate, and no other deliveries have had a problem. They wanted the driver to call her (thus destroying the surprise). I told them to get him to call me. When I heard no more, I called again, to be told that he had eventually found the house. When, later, I got home I saw the "extra large" bunch of flowers delivered. Nothing extra large about the bunch in my view. But very expensive. For our anniversary, I had bought flowers from a different florist. The price was a third lower than Interflora, and the bunch unarguably "extra large".

I couldn't get past leaving the address on line - it kept asking for a number. We are a school and don't have a number. I rang and a very helpful lady took all the details and then put me through to an automated service for the payment. I wasn't quick enough with the long number and then the phone just rang and rang. I had to call back.

the service was poor, due to the fact that the person to whom the flowers where to be delivered was at home, (I had ticked the box please be patient due to the person being elderly) the delivery service placed them outside in the neighbours porch!

Delivery was good. Flowers are guaranteed for 7 days but looked awful after about 5 days.

My girlfriend's name is Jem, however, Jen was on the card. Even though, the lady on the phone checked that it was jen before I said , no, please put Jem J.E.M. Then we had a laugh about how awkward that could have been.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on the 12th April and was very disappointed with the size. I paid for extra stems and it was costly in my opinion for the size of the arrangement. I was that disappointed, I have decided to shop elsewhere. Thanks.

The roses/flower bouquet arrived promptly with no problems however... 1. The bunch wasn't truly representative of that viewed on the website, not a major issue, however when spending Ā£70.00 plus on a flowers from the "Premium" label I was expecting something fairly close to the photos on the website. A LOT of greenery and leaf filler which seemed far too disproportionate to actual flowers, which were somewhat swamped by green. I found this very disappointing for the price. 2. The condition of the flowers was inconsistent; lilies firmly closed whilst roses were already looking particularly tired. Some of the smaller flowers were already beginning to wilt and droop on arrival. 3. A bouquet purchased from Tesco which also included roses (reduced to clear @ Ā£10) a week earlier looked far more fresh and outlasted the Premium Bouquet by an additional week before looking even remotely as tired by the end. 4. Also very little wow factor to justify the price which was particularly disappointing. My girlfriend was fairly satisfied (if not exactly overwhelmed) with flowers until I mentioned the price in passing a week later, she was somewhat gobsmacked as she thought they had cost nearer Ā£25! I have used Interflora in the past with no real issues and appreciate website photos are not truly representative, however when purchasing a bouquet specifically labelled as being from a ā€œPremiumā€ range for the best part of Ā£70.00 I donā€™t think itā€™s unreasonable to expect a superior and longer lasting product which this certainly didnā€™t feel like. Will certainly not be looking to spend that much again nor consider anything again from the upper range(s) should I buy from Interflora again (My girlfriend has already suggested an alternative company to consider in future).
