Our Heritage

We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I have been contacted today by my Mother who has reported that the roses have all wilted and they were only delivered yesterday - I am very unhappy as they cost over £60.

flowers sent were very poor standard and dead! The follow up customer support so far is very good. I have asked for new set of flowers to be sent

i recieved a text saying you were unable to deliver as no one at adresss , then a text to say boquet had been delivered . this was 5.30pm friday 31st jan . i called the recepients address mon 3 rd it hadnt been delivered called you and got an excuse driver stuck in traffic but shop is walking distance from recepients address . no offer of anything to make up for this

Order Update: 288938477 has been delivered. Just discovered today that my order for 13 December was delivered to a neighbour who my sister had to ask for the flowers which they proceeded to take out of the vase which they were delivered in. Not happy about this at all!

Service can not be faulted . Ordered in the morning delivered in the afternoon . Value for money shocking . Will not be using this service anymore due to the very poor value for money .

Flowers didnt look the freshest, and the sympathy bouquet I had ordered for a family was delivered to myself, meaning i had to go and drop them off myself after paying £8 delivery.

Paid over £91 for birthday flowers for my wife and while they where nice the size of the much for the money was no bigger than a Waitrose £20 bundle :-(

My mother contacted fri to ensure some home. Monday contacted mother on her birthay to say no delivery due to rain. Not good its her 75th birthday flowers 20th jan not good

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for my Mum, both at £30 plus delivery and thought the bouquets were very small considering the amount they cost. Delivery was good - just disappointed with the size,

Delivery was as close to late as it could be and not as many flowers as I thought. Did get a call regarding change of jug but was left feeling a little disappointed
