Was very disappointed at the cheap selection of flowers in the bunch and the brash colour scheme. Not what I ordered. I ordered the pastel finest flowers.

Recipient of flowers didn’t contact to say thanks until later date. No message with flowers. They were delivered after 5 pm and she called next day to florist to ask who sent them.

While the flower display was very good it was disappointing to note that the flowers were not delivered on the day requested (a Friday with delivery occurring the following Monday).

Stated flowers had been delivered. But they were not delivered to the person rather they were left on the door step. The recipient found them the next day.

Had to go on to contact centre as my friends flowers never arrived I paid for same day delivery and had email to say they were delivered but they hadn’t even been made up

Cannot fault delivery times but my last flowers in Cyprus were very nice but did not think there were £43 worth of flowers, whereas my flowers you recently sent to Ireland were beautiful and abundant

Flowers were lovely and arrived as arranged. Unfortunately Champagne was cancelled by you without explanation just advised would get a refund. Your website should not allow you to place an order and pay unless you can provide the goods. If I had known at the time of ordering I would have ordered the two items from another company to arrive together. Very disappointed from a Well established company!

For the 2nd time my birthday order for my sister failed to be delivered despite being shown as delivered. Order number IN50254936902, placed 22nd May for delivery on 30th May. I expect that my order to be respected. It is not just enough to get a refund. It is really not good enough. My sister deserves better than this. Please re-deliver this order and a gesture of recompensation would not be out of order. Please address this urgently. John Miley

Would of preferred cream flowers as requested when I placed my order , they were for a berieved lady ,she thanked me for the vivid coloured flowers ,not what I asked and paid 42 pounds for and 7 pounds delivery

Very disappointed with my order. I paid extra for same day delivery which would of been Wed 31st May. The flowers weren't delivered until Fri 2nd of June at 9pm at night. Interflora said they could not find the house, or contact anyone. Even though I provided the phone number of 2 people who live at the house. The flowers were for a very important reason and not a happy occasion. The stress added over worrying whether they were delivered or not was not needed, nor the recipent receiveing them at 9pm at night.Very disappointed. Won't be ordering from interflora again.

As handy as it is to be able to send loved one flowers from a local florist it is expensive. I wasn’t able to afford a large bouquet for my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. The bouquet cost £42.00 including delivery. Overall it didn’t feel like value for money as I think a £20.00 bunch from Tesco would’ve been bigger and better.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in the USA. I placed the order on Friday & requested delivery on Monday, got an email on Saturday to say delivery moved to Wednesday, but nothing was delivered and I didn't receive any update that any date changes had been made. I then contacted Interflora to inform them of non-delivery and was told the local florist is actually closed on Wednesdays, so they hope to deliver the next day. I hope my friend receives her special delivery ASAP, but won't be holding my breath. I was offered a delivery charge refund as an apology. Very disappointing service when the dates were clearly offered when making the order and now my order is at least 4 days late.

1. Despite me including the full address and postcode, the florist attempted delivery to the wrong address, then sent a text to say they were unable to deliver (I then got a puffins call from the admin team & delivery was redirected). 2. The floral arrangement delivered bore no resemblance to the example photo on the website & did not include either of the 2 flowers I requested. The flowers looked, in the main, cheap and were not arranged so much as bunched together. I could have got better from Tesco. I am unlikely to use Interflora again, at least in the area my mother lives. Quality control across distributors needs improvement.

Really unimpressed with the size of the bouquet. Photos on the website when ordering made the bunch appear at least twice the size vs what arrived. Several of the flowers only lasted a day or two.

Hi I asked for neutrals and lilac. Instead my friend got all bright colours, which she dislikes. The florist obviously did not take into account my note attached with the order. I am disappointed as it cost quite a bit.
