Paid extra for a specific time slot and it didn’t arrive , did the live chat and they apologised and said they’d refund the delivery charge

I odered two deliveries. One went smoothly-the other did not. on non arrival I telephoned and your rep kindly rang the florist who simply said they had not got a driver. I then asked for delivery t be made the next day. It was but the flowers were left with a neighbour who took over 24 hours to pass them on. A card in Julia's letter box would have informed her where the flowers were.

Asked for flowers to be left with neighbour if my girlfriend wasnt in, came home to find them left on the doorstep

I am sad to say it will be the last time I use your services, unfortunately the bouquet delivered for my girlfriend's birthday which you sent me via email as a special offer which I thought would be a beautiful impressive sprey turned out to be an average bunch of which I purchase every week for her at a supermarket at a quarter of the price. ,A have spoken to yourselves and have been told that next week after her birthday they will send some more as that in the whole of Dorset there is know one that can deliver tomorrow. I am deeply upset and feel I have let my girlfriend down. Yours unhappy Martin kemp

Ordering was easy, and delivery as promised... But I was called less than 24hrs before delivery to be told that THREE of the flowers supposed to be in the arrangement weren't available. No hint of regret or apology from the Lexi on the phone, let alone offer of a refund. Why offer something that customers cannot have?

Ordered a specific arrangement on Monday for a funeral on the following Monday but then got a phone call mid afternoon on the Saturday before the funeral by an agent who spoke very poor English to say that they couldn’t fulfill our order, not happy as gave us no chance to go elsewhere, not impressed and wouldn’t use again or recommend

I use interflora a lot and usually I'm very happy. On this occasion I was extremely disappointed. I paid for Sunday delivery as this was my friends birthday and I knew they would be at home. I was notified that it would be dpd due to the location but wasn't overly concerned as I've had this before. I got a message approximately 2.5 hours after end of delivery time to say they had been delivered. At lunchtime the next day I asked my friend what she thought of the flowers but she hadn't received them and would have to check when she got home as there was no-one at home on the Monday to go looking for a missed delivery card or abandoned flowers. They had apparently been delivered on the Monday while everyone was out and a day late. I therefore looked like I hadn't bothered and then worried her that she had missed a delivery. Not the Happy Birthday surprise I'd hoped for. She did however say the flowers were beautiful.

The Funeral Director was not on the website so I had to phone. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and it went well. BUT I was promised notification of delivery that NEVER happened, So I'm hoping the flowers got there for the funeral, but I don't know.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered flowers on thursday morning. For delivery later the same day. Finally got to the recipient on Saturday. This was after they told me they tried to message me, to tell me that they were out of the fowers I asked for. It's funny that I get the message taking payment, but not that one.

Disappointed to find that the bouquet I ordered for a friend's birthday looked nothing like the one advertised! There were about HALF the amount of flowers in the bouquet received compared to the photograph online! I'm afraid I'll be very reluctant to order again. Next time I'll be tempted to purchase from my local supermarket as at least I can SEE what I'm getting for my hard earned cash! Sorry Interflora, but you've lost a customer through what I consider to be false advertising. 😥

The flowers received looked nothing like the ones in the photo. Different colours and not as many as that that were shown in the photo.

I have used Inter flora before and have been very happy. However, I was disappointed with this order. It all started with me receiving notification that it had been delivered. It hadn’t been delivered. Phoned Inter flora and they sad it had been signed for and delivered- it hadn’t. Anyway 3 phone calls later and a further 2 attempts by the delivery driver to deliver and they turned up. Disappointed not to receive a follow up call or email.

Some of the flowers looked amazing unfortunately some of the flowers looked quite dead and poor but delivery service was good

I found the website unnecessarily obstructive. Took many red remarks. It also offers the opton "leave in porch". This instruction was ignored, flowers left next door, when no such instruction was given. I given a long lecture on the phone about he unsafety of the porch option. Why offer it if it is not unsafe?

Flowers were beautifully presented, personal message correct, however they were for a funeral and you got the name wrong of who sent them. Maybe ask the client to spell the name just to make sure. Eg the Norris family became the Morris family.

I would have given a better rating if I had been sent an email upon delivery as promised. I had to email the recipient to see if the funeral flowers had been received.

I thought all was fine until I discovered they took my credit card number to pay and authorise the transaction but actually used my current account card I had used in a previous transaction 10 months ago!!
