As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I received a call the day after the bouquet was to be delivered that it wasn’t able to be delivered until the following day (so 2 days later than I had originally been promised). I wasn’t offered a delivery refund or even a voucher towards a future purchase. The bouquet itself was lovely when it finally arrived but frustrating that the very poor delivery service cost £12.99.

I ordered flowers via your website and selected 'SAME DAY FLOWERS'... Selected the bouquet and entered all the details etc, so far so good. When I got to payment I was then given the option of £7.99 for all day delivery or £11.99 for morning delivery, so I paid the £11.99. I then get an email saying my order is confirmed and will be delivered the 'NEXT DAY' even though I had selected the 'SAME DAY FLOWERS'. I called to query this and was told that 'Morning Delivery' could only be made for the following day!? So I explained that this was not made clear on the website, however, as I have paid the £11.99 could it be changed to 'ALL DAY DELIVERY' for that day which would have only cost me £7.99, I wasn't bothered by the refund of £4, I just wanted them delivered that day as had been originally ordered. I was told they could not be delivered on the same day as; "No florists were open in that area"... So why was I given the choice of same day or next day in the first place! The flowers themselves were fine, not amazing but not terrible, however, the fact that they weren't delivered the day they were supposed to be meant they weren't actually received for a further 3 days which rendered the whole gesture virtually pointless and ultimately a waste of almost £50. I'll not be using Interflora again and will instead use one of the many over online options.

Unfortunately my wife’s anniversary flowers were delivered in disarray. They had been turned over and the flowers had fallen out and were covered in earth. Once rearranged in the basket they looked nothing like the beautiful arrangement on the website. Further, our request for the delivery to be left with a neighbour if we were out was ignored and the flowers were left unattended in the doorstep. I think this is poor service for the cost. The gift did not convey the message of care, affection and celebration that it was bought for. I am not a satisfied customer.

Poor. No email to confirm delivery. At 8pm on day of intended delivery the website showed that the order had not even been made up, let alone delivered.

The flowers were lacking diversity and looked a bit sad. Very disappointed because usually they are lovely. Expensive for what was received…

ordered flowers and chocs for a birthday gift , they were delivered 2 days after the event, not good. the corner stone of every business lies in it's ability to deliver its goods.

My friend sent a picture of the flowers, and I have to say I’m disappointed. There were very little flowers given the money paid. It was a birthday gift, and felt disappointed.

Ordered a large bunch of flowers for mothers day and was delivered a small pot with three bulbs in. Very disappointing.

Great quick delivery with reasonable priced items. Gave them a 2 star as whoever made up the hatbox bouquet used flowers that had started to look dead after 2 days.

Your website auto-filled the address for the recipient from a previous address held on the system and I did not notice this when I booked the order. The order tracking shows the flowers as delivered however the people at the address have said they did not receive the flowers. When I asked you about this you said that according to your records the flowers were delivered on Saturday and left in the outside porch. The delivery address does not have an outside porch. I am very disappointed and have now moved to another provider.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with what I received compared to what I ordered especially for £39.00. I could have planted a better basket myself from the garden. Supporting picture attached.

The flower pot for Mothers Day was delivered in a poor state. The soil had spiled out the pot and 2 of the roses had been damaged. I guess the driver did not take care.
