The amount of flowers was very minimal & sparse looking. Certainly not £35 worth. Looked more like a supermarket bunch for £10. Very disappointed indeed.

The flowers got delivered to the wrong address and when i eventually recieved them they were nothing like what i had ordered so very dissapointed

Usually interflora are quite good, but the last delivery was not good. I would normally expect the products to come from a local florist, but this display came via DPD. Not known for delivering flowers. Most of the soil was in the box not the pot It looked like some amateur attempt at a pot display. It looked like it has come from overseas, so no surprise in the state of it. I will not be buying another pot display from them

I ordered a £35 bunch of flowers for mothers day and was really disappointed, the bunch of flowers mainly consisted of filler foilage. If could have picked up a similiar bunch at the filling station for much less money.

The flowers were left on in an open porch. Anyone could have got to them and stole them.

It didn't really look like the photo advertised. There were tulips but very few filler flowers and the whole thing looked pretty sparse.

I placed an order for a bespoke luxury winter gift box for £45, I have ordered from interflora for many years and have always been delighted with the service, however on this occasion I felt the flowers fell significantly short of my expectations and did not justify the £45 I paid for. I was very disappointed and rather embarrassed when I saw them. I complained and received the following response - Each and every design is one-of-a-kind, created by an artisan florist using the freshest stems available on the day so, whilst your gift will look different to the one pictured, it’ll still be just as lovely. Due to this, unfortunately, I am unable to assist any further. Whilst I understand each bouquet will be unique and has been for my past orders, I still expect it to be worth the £45 I paid for it. I won't be using Interflora again.

The flowers were for my daughter in Australia. When she showed me the bouquet was nothing as I thought ordered. It consisted of two lilies, two pink verbena and a massive hydrangea head. Definitely not what I expected for the price paid. This is the second time disappointed as previous bouquet for birthday was not much different. Will not use interflora again

I, and most importantly the person who received the flowers, were extremely disappointed. I have used Inter flora many times, but this is the first that I was let down. Too many cheap filler flowers.

Flowers arrived atafter 9pm, which I believe was outside the delivery window advertised and not ideal for Valentine's day flowers, though I appreciate it would have been a busy day. Flowers were nice.

My order was accepted without comment. The following day, when it was too late to make alternative arrangements, I was told that the order could not be fulfilled.
