Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

When we went to our son and daughter in law for Christmas Day the flowers were a lot less than shown in picture and no buds. They were dead by the time we left on the Friday. Very disappointed.

Having had problems with my order in Jan. 2019 and receiving a £20 voucher to compensate, I gave Interflora another chance. This time I gave an order using my voucher but the confirmation email just showed the full amount so naturally I thought it had been missed off. Also the flowers were delivered to the wrong address and just left. The lady who found them on her doorstep rang Interflora and queried the address then took them herself to the right address. So you got it wrong twice. I can’t really recommend you after that.

There were several types of flowers in the bouquet I ordered which had to be substituted. This is the second time I have ordered from inter flora and the second time flowers have had to be replaced with an alternative.

The flowers we ordered for my Mother-in-Law were lovely but unfortunately they were left on the doorstep. I left an instruction to allow plenty of time for her to answer. By the time she answered the delivery person had left the flowers. They could have been stolen.

I have emailed, but the delivery well it was prompt, the flowers looked damaged and did not really portray the image on the website, but more importantly they were delivered to a member of staff and not to the intended recipient which obviously spoilt the intended affect which is why I rated it as poor!

Interflora could not deliver the precise fresh plants but really disappointed at them because they had not tried hard enough to contact us. The email they sent went to my junk folder However really delighted at the florist for making up the mixed plants sent

Flowers were not the same as i ordered some were missing and they were very open flowers which would not have lasted very long these flowers were sent as my sister in law had died i was very disappointed with them

The flowers sent to my friend in Uk were placed so that they were not easily visible to herShe did not hear the doorbell and her hearing is good.you should have made more effort to trace her since she was in the house It was from Forget e nots in Reading.moreover there was one head of a Rose Inthe path The flowers were good once she had discovered Them

The flowers I received were very poor quality. Lots of broken stems and just three days later many were dead. Was very disappointed with the bouquet as it was not good value for money.

The bouquet was very sparse for the price, cheap flowers used and filled out with Christmas decorations,then to have £14 added on to get it delivered in time was disgraceful. I bought a premium pass and still had to pay extra for the delivery.I would have been better to spend £50 on flowers and made up a bouquet myself.Was embarrassed to give it as a present.

Was disappointed with the amount of flowers thought getting them delivered would be nice but went to M&S this morning and would have got a much larger and nicer bunch of flowers in store will be going in store in future very disappointed have ordered three bunches for delivery this Christmas

very limited choice of flowers for delivery in the city i live in. no choice of delivery time despite paying for Platinum. One item delivered by DPD not florist only told that some time after order placed, and not delivered til very late in the day. very disappointed.

Flowers sent and arrived on time but leaves on flowers had already gone brown. if you are unable to sent fresh flowers the order should be cancelled, not impressed

WHAT WAS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS IN POLAND WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND CLEARLY NOT WORTH 25% OF THE PRICE I PAID IN UK.
