Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

After I had messaged you regarding a gift to a friend which had been delivered by DPD in a damaged state , you did send an apologetic response saying you were sorry it had not been delivered. Clearly, my message had not been read properly. Whilst you refunded the cost to me which was not what I was looking for, my friend was left to sort out a mess which was supposed to be a pleasant surprise. I was hoping that a replacement to my friend , or at least a small token/gift to make up for things but I heard nothing back from my second response.

Flowers picked did not really look finest to me. I could grab a better bouquet in Marks and Spencer with the same amount of money I have paid.

I thought for the price the flowers were poor. They look broken and not really full. Especially with such a high delivery price on top the total amount I feel was not worthy of the flowers delivered.

Ordered a hamper for my uncle and auntie for Christmas and when they was enjoying it over Xmas period notice the biscuits was out of date by a month Sent email of complaint and had no response what so ever

I ordered flowers for delivery on Christmas Eve, in at least three instances they were delivered on January 5th. No reasons given just delivery delayed. Very poor!

Hi David, Thank you for your review. I have checked all your orders and can only see one with a delivery date of 24th December which was placed at 4pm on 23rd December for delivery in Singapore. I have contacted our overseas unit in Singapore to request delivery details for this order. All other recent orders on your account have a requested delivery date of 5th January which would be the date chosen when the order was placed and advised on your order confirmation email. Very poor service. Delivery arrived very late in the afternoon for a 101 year old birthday. Wasn't advised of any delay as kept tracking my order, very poor service.

Hi Lesley, Thank you for your review. We do advise on our website that our standard delivery service is between 8am and 6pm. The exact time of your delivery will be determined by the local florists workload and route planned on the day of delivery. My apologies for ay disappointment caused on this occasion. Got a completely different bouquet to what I ordered, not even a single flower was the same, ended up with an all white bouquet with lilies? States online they’re delivered in bud for freshness but mine didn’t last long as they were delivered fully bloomed ( the roses looked like they had seen better days) They were still a lovely bouquet minus a couple of minor details, but not impressed I didn’t get what I actually paid for

All our bouquets on our website advise - Each and every design is one-of-a-kind, created by an artisan florist using the freshest stems available on the day so, whilst your gift will look different to the one pictured, it’ll still be just as lovely. The flowers delivered were extremely poor and reflected this to Interiors directly. Used Interflora for a number of years, however this quality deplorable.

Poor and tired selection, and to mix red and white flowers can upset some people. Especially the older ones, like my wife, who still remember the second world war.

Disappointed with the flowers received in the bouquet ordered. Not only were the flowers in poor condition they were not anything like the lily and rose bouquet I ordered online at all. The roses were small, yellow and old not red like the description, extremely disappointing and will not be ordering from you again.

I ordered flowers chocolates and a card for 45 pounds However only the flowers arrived and on my final invoice off you it just said flowers despite it saying both chocolates and flowers at time of payment Not happy as only ordered these specific flowers because they included the chocolates
