I have already taken this matter to Interflora, the valentines flower that I ordered and what was delivered was totally a disappointment.

The flowers were received on the day requested, however they had seen better days. Clearly been dropped or knocked over as the bouquet had big gaps and no water left in the cellophane. Having removed them to make look prettier it seems like the order was rushed as the foliage was very twiggy and not as pictured. The gypsy had also been sprayed bright pink although clearly a gift for a man with the wording wrote for the card. Not very happy.

I paid 60 pounds for bunch of flowers ok 12 pounds internation delivery ok valentines day but saw only maybe 10-15 pounds worth of flowers Nice flowers but just not much Some one made a big profit out of me and i feel ripped off

Flowers delivered were very poor and did not reflect the price. Interflora have given a voucher towards making up for the shortfall in quality.

The flowers never arrived. To be fair, Interflora, reimburses the cost, but it would have been better to receive them in the first place.

In terms of customer service, things could have gone better. I booked my Valentines flowers a week before the day, requesting that they be delivered before 4pm, which thankfully they were. Less impressed that at 1:30pm I missed an incredibly brief call from a withheld number, supposedly from you, so that I couldn't even call back. At 1:40 pm I then received an email saying that you had called but were unable to get through to me, and the flowers I had ordered were not available and you would go ahead with supplying an alternative. I could not track the delivery adequately and had to hope the flowers I hadn't ordered would actually arrive in time. I appreciate an alternative being supplied, but ordering in plenty of time there should not have been a last minute change. Not a stress free experience.

I paid 11 pounds for them to be delivered on Feb 14th and they arrived on the 15th, I was told you tried to call me yet I had no VM's or missed calls. The flowers I ordered were not the ones we received

Payed for a timed slot and it was 30 mins late , I asked when it would be delivered and all I received 30 mins late was a message saying your lovely parcel has been delivered, but no response about it being late and no refund for the extra I payed to get a timed slot . So payed money for nothing and missed the person intended for . I feel the fact you only charge a pound to get a 10-12 slot means you dont take it seriously, if a thousand customers get this treatment that's a thousand pound for nothing interflora get . It's not the money it's the principal and the fact I would have paid 10 pounds more ( i needed the timed slot ) and still no response, simply hoping it gets forgotten about .

The flowers , now that they have finally been delivered, are beautiful. We still remain very upset that they were not delivered on the day that our good friend died. We chose Interflora specifically for their same day delivery. On other occasions I had good service.

The bouquet of flowers delivered was sparse compared to the picture on their website. Didn’t feel it was good value for the money it cost.

Recent order for niece's birthday ... flowers were apparently lovely but very disappointed as chocolates that were supposed to arrive with the birthday flowers did not arrive. I've had to phone Interflora this morning and the chocolates are now being delivered by local florist in St Andrews. I have used Interflora several times but have to admit to being very disappointed this time!!!

Unlike the previous deliveries which have always been very good the flowers delivered on Friday were (to quote the mother of the recipient for whose birthday they were sent) "somewhat bruised and certainly in need of water"

I regularly use Interflora and unfortunately won’t be in the future due to there always being an issue with either the availability of the flowers I’ve ordered or the delivery itself (missing deliveries, leaving at different addresses with wrong person, leaving at different location because the place ordered for ‘is too far away’ etc. Just poor service and poor communications.

Order process was painful (wouldn’t accept order until I accidentally opted into Marketing emails). Product wasn’t delivered as per delivery request. However. End product is lovely.
