I ordered a Birthday Bouquet for my aunt who lives in Lancashire as the flowers were not available to choose on line i had to rely on the choice of the florist the Bouquet i chose included the vase at the cost of £35:00 and delivery on top. When i spoke to my aunt last week she reluctantly told me the flowers only lasted 3 days and needless to say was very disappointed and told me not to waste my money again VERY DISAPPOINTING after using Interflora on many occasions i wonder how many more of my relatives have been disappointed but didnt have the heart to tell me DEFINITELY WONT BE USING Interflora AGAIN!

Super disappointed with flowers. I use interflora regularly and know what to expected for price which usually is very close to picture on website but flowers were not to standard as florist just trusted to make it up - this doesn't work!

The delivery of flowers and chocolates was for my elderly parents, I ticked the ‘Be Patient’ box for delivery, as my parents can take 30 seconds to answer the doorbell, however the delivery was left by the front garage with a message card put through the letter box. The delivery person didn’t even ring the doorbell (I am sure of this because my brother and his wife happened to be visiting my parents at the same time) so my parents only discovered the flowers when I called them late that night to ask if they had been received. That was a very disappointing experience and unnecessary. It completely spoiled the element of surprise of receiving the flowers which is a big part of the joy of the receiving flowers experience.

Hello Unfortunately I have to say that I was disappointed on this occasion as there were two issues the first was I had to chase up to see if the delivery had taken place as the tracking information had not been updated on the day the delivery was suppose to take place but after speaking to customer service It was resolved. The second thing was I spoke to my friend she told me the flowers had been delivered to a neighbour across the road from her, the neighbour wasn't in she found them when she returned home. Luckily the neighbour knows my friend so she bought the flowers over to her. The correct address was on the information so not sure how this happened? Tracy Bonnici

Unfortunately this last order is spent £50 only to have a rather disappointing selection and arrangement of flowers.

I have send flowers to India with you before and if were so Excutive. But this time I was so gutted about the look and quality of flowers. Nevertheless I have to think twice for next time.

Usually excellent service. However, this very important recent delivery was a let down. Instead of saying there will be a delay (of only one day), a message saying that they could not find the order and that I was to call a number. The number was answered by a robot saying that there was no-one there to take calls.

I do not feel that the value of £50 for the order was reflected in the 9 Rose Stems received by my friend.

The "seasonal" flowers I requested were mainly green and lilies?? Not the bright vibrant picture on the website. Disappointed

I PAID £50 + £7 DELIVERY FOR A BOUQUET FOR MY WIFES 60th BIRTHDAY.WHEN THEY ARRIVED,THE AMOUNT OF FLOWERS THERE WERE,I COULD HAVE BOUGHT BETTER AT A LOCAL STORE FOR £15-£20.ON THE PLUS SIDE,THE DELIVERY SERVICE WAS FAR BETTER.

Hi I ordered my flowers for delivery on 29th June for a birthday present (international). To date they have still not arrived. Although I have been offered a discount the whole experience was poor and left me very disappointed with a service I thought I could rely on.

Order placed online. Simple and easy to follow instructions. Delivered next day as promised, but not totally satisfied with the bunch of flowers based on how much they cost. After only 4 days some of the flowers were shrivelling up and going brown in colour. Email sent and 48 hours have passed with no response so overall I'm unimpressed and so is the person who was sent them
