It’s the first time I’ve ordered via interflora and been bitterly disappointed What arrived at the concierge at our hotel fell far short of what was advertised

I thought the flowers and presentation where lovely and they where delivered on time. however the bunch was extremely small disappointingly so, not value for money, as I paid £60 inc delivery for a small bunch of flowers...won’t be using inter flora again

The Bunch of flowers were much smaller than described just in the vase with no papers around them to make them look pretty, flowers were very dry and brittle looking . Probably not use interflora again. Understandably covid has affected supplies but the bunch could of at least been dressed better.

Was not impressed with the service, or the floers, The excuses l got was it's due to coronavirous, My order was in July 2020, so shops were out of lockdown

The intro on the romantic section talks about red roses, etc but then the options available are the same as other sections and are all basically “florist lucky dip” at different price points and no real idea as to what you will get. I tried the echat and a helpful Katy advised me to request romantic in the delivery instructions, but that made no difference. The flowers delivered are pretty but the complete lack of control over what is going to come means that this is not a premium service, despite the premium price.

The flowers were of poor quality and are dying already 2 days into receiving them since delivery on 15 July. Not happy.

Hi it’s the first time I had a bad experience with interflora.my missus always order and every time she order flower everything is ok.i went to the delivery address for the person to celebrate her birthday and saw the flower and the flower was small and they were dry and not looking fresh.there were few damages aswell.dissapointed this time

No confirmation that the flowers has arrived at final destination. Flowers did not look like the picture i ordered and much smaller. Roses died the following day. However we contacted the florest directly and sent another bunch today.

Went to wrong address, luckily a neighbour(3 doors down on opposite side of road) brought it down and flowers were very wilted! Picked up a bit but not the desired first impression that flowers are supposed to give!

Having used inter flora regularly over the years I have never been disappointed until now. I am afraid that the roses in the display were dry almost from delivery and the supplied feed for the water -added immediately - didn’t help. Consequently the bouquet looked tired from the start. Other flowers were clearly getting water, but the effect of the arrangement was marred. I remain disappointed and wonder whether I should contact the florist?

Bought as a present for my wife, she appreciated the gesture but was underwhelmed with the flowers provided, and when she found out what I had paid for what she recieved was not even happy with the gesture, so backfired on me

Flowers ok, but arrived without the personalised card I had specified and with no plant food which normally comes with it as well. Kind of diminished the desired effect...

Flowers that arrived looked smaller than ordered and completely different colour. However the speed of the delivery at short notice was very impressive and was so grateful.

I paid for delivery for a birthday to arrive before 1200hrs. The flowers arrived at 1240hrs, however I had an update to say they had been delivered at just before 12. So I spent my time phoning possible interflora florist in my area trying to find the one who should have made the delivery. The flowers were fine however the delivery was not .

Speed of delivery was excellent.Hugely dissapointed with bouquet recieved.Colours of orange pink & blue all clashing-I ordered a green & white selection?!!! To be honest I was mortified by the gift recieved -best place for it was the compost heap

I have used Interflora for many years to send flowers to my mother and on this occasion visted her the following day and so saw what you actually sent. (IN314364737) I paid £50 for the flowers and £11 for the delivery. The delivery was fine (delivered at 8am) What was delivered was not... Is what is in the attached Photo really £50 worth of flowers? The number of flowers was small, the colours were dull not bright and cheerfull and the selection of flower types was completely random, nothing matched and some were quite ugly. I saw them on the second day after delivery and some were browning round the edges and wilting already.. I have to trust interflora that the quality of what is delivered is reasonable as I don't usually see them myself, so I'm very disappointed with what I've seen.
