I sent this arrangement to my daughter for her 40th birthday. It was such a disappointment!! It didn't look like the picture online:( > There were a lot less flowers & lots of leaves to "fill in":( One pays for your service... one should be able to rely on you to deliver what you show online...! I found placing an online order very frustrating. I was given a 10% discount code to apply to my order and even spoke to one of your online chat people for help while placing this order. At no point while placing the order was I given the option to add my discount code. I've had issues with Interflora in the past and an offer of a discount for my next order is no consolation and is

I was very unhappy to discover that my order was not being made up by a local florist, but rather was sent via DPD. Had I known this was the case I would not have ordered. Sending me an email after the fact to tell me is not acceptable. Won't be using again.

The recipient , my wife , told me that the two bunches of flower that she received on 3rd March were far from fresh and they could be kept for more than a day or two

It would have been nice to see a photo of what was being delivered from the florist themselves, also to have an email to say what florist was handling the order and that they had the request/order to process. Instead after paying I was left wondering if all was ok etc as the next email I had was saying that it had been delivered. If I had not been at the funeral myself I would have not known that it had been done for sure

I ordered these flowers for my 83 yo father who has just come out of hospital. They tell me the flowers themselves are beautiful but the delivery person didn’t ring the bell and left both the flowers and a delivery card outside near some steps. I had specifically ticked the ‘Please have patience’ delivery option due to both parents being elderly. If my sister hadn’t turned up to check on them, the flowers could very well still be outside! Can’t say I’m impressed.

Whoever interflora used as local supplier, was poor . Poor quality not like pictured on advert. Not first time this has happened either. In interfloras defence , this time they offered a refund which I’m currently still waiting for but still dubious if I use them again

Recipient was not at home when delivery was attempted so, rather than leave them with the next door neighbour, who confirmed that she was in at the time. They were left in a shared alleyway near the wheelie bin, in bad weather. The card, food and a scribbled note had been put through the letterbox. Unsurprisingly, they were gone when the recipient arrived home. On the plus side, when I contacted Interflora this morning, they processed a refund immediately. I can’t rate the service better than poor under the circumstances however based on past experience I would use them again, just not in that area as the response from the florist showed a worrying lack of common sense.

Flowers I ordered wasn’t available with the florist so they did something else Which didn’t look the same value, driver didn’t find address so I had to sort it out with interflora and was delivered a day late on top of the recipient then knowing flowers were due.

I wasnt happy as my mum who has been quite I'll didn't receive her flowers ,so was disappointed with interflora and dont no if il use them again she eventually got them but had to laise with a local florist to deliver them so spoiled the surprise for her .

After placing the ordered i received an e-mail to say they could not be delivered on my specified day and it would be the next day as priority! As my mum was out the following day they left them behind her wheelie bin, and i did not receive a text to say they had been delivered! Not the usual standard that i have received it the past..... disappointed!

Easy to order and delivered on the day i requested but quality of flowers no way good enough. Most of the flowers were already fully open and by the next day were starting to wilt. By the 3rd day petals had started dropping. Was not a cheap bunch so expected better quality.

I think I may have been one number off correct address. Flowers were to be delivered Monday am. Didn’t receive e-mail until Wed that flowers had been left but damaged in bad weather. Interflora has my mobile number email address so why wasn’t I informed until Wednesday

When I ordered from Interflora i expected a bigger bouquet of flowers to arrive than what came. The picture is deceiving for what you pay for and what you get. Disappointed.

This is the first time I have sent flowers to Canada and I could not track my order I then had to contact by phone but because of the time difference I had to wait overnight for your agent to get back to me (your agent Colin was excellent and kept me up to date)but that should not have been required

The flowers arrived promptly and looked reasonable, but we couldn't believe how small the wreath was when it cost £75.00. We have bought flowers on line before, usually for birthdays or special occasions and have always been pleased with the amount of flowers. For the funeral we ordered the largest size but were very disappointed with the amount of flowers.
