As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

First I’ve used interfloria in years, with delivery it came to £60 , I’m sure I clicked no vase but was included also for the money it wasn’t much of a bunch , I have bought plenty flowers from Tesco & Aldi etc for a third of the price which would have put them to same. Sorry for the bad review but wasn’t impressed at all.

I'm very disappointed I've been told the flowers after only 5 days have wilted, you guarantee them for 7 days. I know they have been looked after as stated on the card, I'd appreciate a reply to this review. I can send a photo of the flowers on the 5th day after delivery if you wish to have a look at them. For spending £35 on bouquet, I found the flowers were not worth the money. Very poor. Could have got a more deluxe range in Tesco or M&S

I received a message that the flowers 💐 were left in a safe place. I wonder if the door step in clear view, is safe! 🤷🏾‍♂️

Flowers were not the same as what I saw online..... bouquet was quite small.

A bit disappointing, description was arrangement in a vase.. and although I accept the vase was not likely to be the same as in the photo.. the resulting item cannot in any way be described as a vase. a tin jug would have been a better description.. not value for money and I won’t be using the service again

Having received a photo of the flowers I was disappointed with the number and overall quality of the bouquet. They did not represent value for money - my wife thought they were worth £30 - £35 and was surprised when I told I Had paid £45. The new ordering system leaves it open for individual florists to reduce value of bouquets and increase their profit using Interfloras good name. This is the first time I have had felt the need to complain about the quality of goods your agents provide. Regards Peter Green

Sent email immediately I found out that proposed recipients were going to be away for several days. Followed up with second email next morning but flowers still delivered. Couldn't find any emergency tel no to contact you. Flowers won't be seen for 5 days so presumably will not be in good state. Feel as if Ive wasted £50+

My order came to over £40 including delivery it arrived without a card, so my sister in law didn't have a clue who they came from and the bouquet that arrived looked limp and flimsy using the cheapest flowers. I'm disappointed with the service never experienced such sloppy service with Interflora previously.

On the last 2 occasions i have used interflora i have been disappointed with the quality of the flower arrangements. Maybe covid is affecting the availability of quality flowers, but they haven't been up to the quality i have had previously. I hope this is a temporary blip in their usual good quality arrangements.

Hi. I ordered the flowers for Thursday and by the Saturday we had already had to remove some of the flowers from the bunch as they had majorly wilted, then again today. Normally you get at least a week out of them. Quite disappointed to be honest

The flowers that arrived were dried and shedding petals. The flowers chosen should have been received in a condition where they last for at least a week but that will not happen with these. Very disappointing.

I only order with interflora because a friend recommended you, saying that you deliver on time. so you can imagine my disappointment when I got an email saying they cant deliver till the next day. I would of not spent that much on flowers, as you are quiet dear compared to local florists
