I had absolutely no idea when the flowers were going to arrive.

Some flower stems arrived damaged and some flower petals was on the downward turn.

delivery was on time but some stalks were broken, and some flowers did not look fully fresh.

I choose 'exotic flowers' for my young daughter's birthday...and she received a bunch of 'granny pink flowers' in Barcelona, for £62. Not a good deal.

Hi. I’m usually very happy but I happened to arrive just after the flowers had been dilevered on Saturday. The arrangement was very small and although the flowers used were fresh the arrangement was uninspiring and in no way matched the price I paid. I was very disappointed- not as good as a £15 arrangement from a supermarket or at a stretch £20. I have a phot if required but has dinted much confidence in Interflora.

I use inter flora for work colleagues. I sent some flowers to a member of my team that was ill. I received no notification they had arrived and i didn't want to call her to check. As i have received this i am assuming they were delivered. I cant answer any of the below questions as i still dont know if they have been delivered.

The flowers arrived on time and were reasonably fresh but could have been a lot fresher in all honesty. Also there was a limited amount if actual flowers and mainly leaves which was slightly disappointing for the amount of money this service costs.

Flowers were a day late and the vase was smashed. Flowers were left on doorstep and not with a neighbour as stated if occupant was out... Feel very let down

The website functions well but the product received was, in my opinion, sub-standard. My order was for a seasonal bouquet costing £50, plus £7 delivery - what arrived was similar in size to 2 x £5 bunches from the petrol station! I told a friend what they cost and they couldn't believe it either! Pretty much felt ripped off to be honest. I was really disappointed, wife was happy (as she had no idea of cost) so not all bad I suppose. My advice would be - don't be a typical bloke, get organised in advance and then you don't get grossly overcharged for a £10 bunch of flowers in a £2 Ikea jar!

We was very disappointed with what was sent which was supposed to be a special 25 th silver wedding gift to my sister in law! The picture she sent back was a load of green nettles!

Didn’t think it was £100 of flowers will not use this service again got better from moon pig before only tried you because it was same day which turned up the next day I was very disappointed .

Disappointed ordered orange flowers for a anniversary - not one orange flower & no call to say they didnt have any so I could choose another colour - previously been highly satisfied however disappointed this time.

Very disappointed with th e quality of the flowers. Very little colour , only 4 main blooms. Some the large leaves had been chewed off. Bought as Birthday gift for elderly mom who has been stuck indoors during lockdown - she was very disappointed.
