The roses/flower bouquet arrived promptly with no problems however... 1. The bunch wasn't truly representative of that viewed on the website, not a major issue, however when spending £70.00 plus on a flowers from the "Premium" label I was expecting something fairly close to the photos on the website. A LOT of greenery and leaf filler which seemed far too disproportionate to actual flowers, which were somewhat swamped by green. I found this very disappointing for the price. 2. The condition of the flowers was inconsistent; lilies firmly closed whilst roses were already looking particularly tired. Some of the smaller flowers were already beginning to wilt and droop on arrival. 3. A bouquet purchased from Tesco which also included roses (reduced to clear @ £10) a week earlier looked far more fresh and outlasted the Premium Bouquet by an additional week before looking even remotely as tired by the end. 4. Also very little wow factor to justify the price which was particularly disappointing. My girlfriend was fairly satisfied (if not exactly overwhelmed) with flowers until I mentioned the price in passing a week later, she was somewhat gobsmacked as she thought they had cost nearer £25! I have used Interflora in the past with no real issues and appreciate website photos are not truly representative, however when purchasing a bouquet specifically labelled as being from a “Premium” range for the best part of £70.00 I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a superior and longer lasting product which this certainly didn’t feel like. Will certainly not be looking to spend that much again nor consider anything again from the upper range(s) should I buy from Interflora again (My girlfriend has already suggested an alternative company to consider in future).

Had the Mothers Day Basket bought for me £45 far too expensive for what was received and its not even lasted a week, disgraceful. Haven’t the heart to tell my son he would be so disappointed.

I am very disappointed with Interflora after many satisfied years of using their service. At the end of January I sent a lovely Basket of colourful flowers, priced £30+delivery, to a friend who had suddenly lost a close relative. Last week, on Monday, March 25th., I went to the same Florist, in Colwyn Bay, to send an arrangement to a friend who had hosted an 80th. Birthday Party for my husband. On the banner on the wall above the counter the same Basket of flowers was advertised at £30+delivery. While I was giving various details to the sales assistant, a voice from the back room announced that arrangements were £5 extra as it was 'Mother's Day Week'! It was only Monday, six days before 'Mothering Sunday', I wanted them delivering the next day, and they were nothing to do with 'Mothering Sunday'! There was no notice in the shop indicating this surcharge, and although I protested, I purchased the arrangement, as I needed to send the flowers. Once home, I contacted the Interflora Head Office, and had a return call from a rather impolite young man who was obviously reading from a prepared script, and could not cope with being interrupted, and was incapable of discussing my queries. My three main points are:- 1. How can Interflora justify increasing their prices six days before 'Mothering Sunday', especially for flowers that are nothing to do with that occasion. 2. Surely there should be a notice in the shop, indicating the surcharge. 3. If I bought an article in a Supermarket, and the shelf price was less than the price I was charged at the till, I would only have to pay the advertised price, - so what's the difference? Very sharp practice by Interflora!

Lemon and white sympathy hand-tied bouquet was delivered on time. Correct number of stems delivered (according to customer service) but unfortunately bouquet did not resemble photograph on website. Extremely sparse and definitely not worth £30. Similar bouquets could be purchased in local supermarket for £10! Very disappointing.

Really disappoint with the flowers that I ordered for my wife. I requested that they were to be delivered by 1600 on Friday and the showed up in a cardboard with a dpd driver at 1030. The box had also been battered as well. When my wife opened the box the flowers were not in best Shap (Im not a florest) they looked droopy. Also the varsa that came with the flower was dirty and had the imprint of snow flakes on it. I'm guesing used at Christmas. All in all not a great experience from interflora.

My Aunt didn’t receive the flowers. So I had to tell her that I had ordered some for her birthday. She had to call to find out where they had been put as no card was left. Disgusting particularly as I had paid extra for Saturday delivery! When she called inter flora did deliver the flowers again and they are lovely. Just disappointed that she had to go through that.

The quality of the flowers were poor. Disappointing to see the quality when these were sent as a gift. Many of the heads of the key flowers were wilting and/or damaged.

Delivery service contacted us to say that the person was not known at the address given. The person did live at the address and flowers were eventually delivered.

I wasn't happy with the bouquet of flowers I ordered. For £50 I would have been better going to the local garage.

We booked flowers and chocolates to be delivered from the new baby range. On the morning of the delivery we were told that the florist didn’t have the watering can pot that we asked for, nor did they have the chocolates we requested. All in all not very impressed.

Poor service from Interflora. Firstly, the product that I ordered suddenly became unavailable and was substituted with another product I had not picked the day before delivery. Secondly, the courier who delivered the arrangement knocked on the front door and left. By the time I got to the door and opened it he was already in his van and leaving. If I had not been at home or heard the door, the box of flowers would be sitting in the rain on the doorstop.

Usually service is good but on this occasion it was exceedingly poor. Delivered flowers to wrong address. Mum had to go searching for it down the road eventually. No apology afterwards

I ordered the pink and lilac scented basket (plus) which is supposedly an improved version of the basket with extra stems. What was delivered didn't look like the improved version and I was left wondering why I bothered to spend the extra money.

For £40 + £10 delivery. 1 rose, 1 branch of lilies with 3 (unbloomed) buds, 1 branch of mini lilies with with 4 buds, a few carnations and loads of green filler. Where are the rest of the flowers? Not good enough for £50. Too much filler very few flowers. What went wrong was there were not enough flowers, disappointing arrangement. https://t.co/x3ghDXruOY

My daughter sent my flowers for Mothers Day and had them delivered on Friday, 9 March, I opened the box to find flowers in the 'transit' plastic tub with hardly any water, on unpacking shrivelled leaves fell off and a few petals, I placed them in fresh water with one sachet as directed but by Sunday morning some roses had shrivelled and others drooping. Customer Services were excellent and said they would send another lot. I had previously sent a picture of the flowers to my daughter when I informed her I had complained she said the flowers I had received didn't look like the ones she had ordered and she had complained not knowing that I also had complained. I don't think any of us will be using this service again.
