We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

The Flowers look great when delivered but only lasted 2 days this is the Second order where the flowers have been poor quality that I’ve had recently. Disappointing really Asda in future I think unfortunately.

Prompt delivery, especially at short notice but sub par quality flowers not presented to the standard you expect when almost paying double of what other companies are charging. Flowers on picture showed you would get half a dozen and attached picture is what was received

Flowers were ontime but only had them for 3 days and some are already wilting ,also there were no truffles not good for a price of £60

Ordered roses for my wife for Valentine’s Day and a couple of them had seen better days. Will think twice before ordering from interflora again!

The roses didn't look very fresh, some of the roses were rotten and one was broken from the stem.

Disappointed with the quality of the plant ordered, It was nothing like what was advertised on their website full of Roses, Just have one Rose! Wouldn't use them again. See Photos.

Although a nice bunch of flowers, i requested white flowers, white orchids and white calla lilies if available, but unfortunately what arrived was an assortment of red flowers and red roses with a bit of yellow. I guess due to it being valentines. But ultimately not what was requested especially for the price paid.

Disappointing array for Valentine’s Day, plus a very significant price increase. Won’t use them next year unless significant change takes place.

The flowers weren’t delivered and I have messaged your team asking for a refund and I am yet to receive a response or acknowledgment of my email. I have received a very poor service and won’t be using you again

Been using you for sometime.ssdly your delivery for valentines was very poor. Roses looked very weak and as though they are not going to last. Dreadful

Quick service, just poor communication from them. Said they had left it in a safe place but failed to tell us where that was & when i got in touch to ask where it was they gave me wrong address, Very Poor

The flowers needed to be delivered to my sister to mark the anniversary of her losing her husband to Covid. However the flowers were left with a neighbour a few doors away who forgot to deliver them until lunch-time the next day. I said to leave in porch if out so this was very disappointing. I won’t be using Interflora again.
