Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Quality was good but not much content for the price.

The delivery went to the wrong address. The woman at that house was snarky. The delivery was delayed.

Very disappointed with my flower order to New York. The arrangement bore no resemblance to your photo and most of the flowers were past their best.

Bought the flowers with the promise of same day delivery. Received an email stating due to unforseen circumstances they would be delivered the day after !!!

My first order was ok. For my second order I wanted to send flowers and chocolates and when my chocolate order went through and my flowers order declined, I immediately sent an email to stop the order but no one responded. Tried to phone but you are not taking phone calls. The chocolates where still delivered even after requesting twice to be stop. It seems like no one checks the email or the emails are just ignored. If you are not taking calls you should have someone monitoring emails and responding promptly. I had to spend more money ordering flowers from another florist and paying for delivery again. My previous orders were okay but this last one was disappointing. Unsatisfied customers

My arrangement arrived on time but I felt was very poor quality of arrangement. I have made a complaint and received a 30% refund. Very disappointing. 🙁

First time I used your services as I normally buy from local florist close to where my mom lives. I was disappointed by the size of the bouquet that was delivered v what was paid (and compared to buying and having delivered direct) !

I live overseas and have always used InterFlora over the years to send flowers to my family. I just sent some to my mum and she told me they were very poor, I saw a photo and had to agree. Not happy.

i ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday to someone who lost her mother to cancer. As far as I know, they still have not been delivered. If they have been, I have not been notified as I requested. Not happy. Thanks.

I didn't feel the bouquet had any real quality flowers, a couple of sterns of chrysanthemum one gerbra a few purple lilies i think they were. I appreciate they are delivered but that bouquet i could of got in Tesco for less than a tenner. Disappointed this time

Good evening, I am sorry you are unhappy with the flowers received by your recipient. All our bouquets are florist choice and our website does state: Each and every design is one-of-a-kind, created by an artisan florist using the freshest stems available on the day so, whilst your gift will look different to the one pictured, it’ll still be just as lovely. We ordered early to make sure that are relative who was ninety on the 4th of October had her flowers on the 3rd the florist informed us on Friday the 2nd that they no driver very disappointed family member sent picture of flowers bared no resemblance to picture on web site

Delivered nice and early in the day but expected alot more flowers for what I paid. Quite disappointed to be honest.
