We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

The website and process of ordering was really simple. The quality of the flowers delivered were really good; however, the size of the bouquet delivered was half the size of the one I ordered representing incredibly poor value for money. I contacted Interflora customer services and they appropriately responded and did so very quickly. I would order again, but I would be very wary of the local florist they used and they consciously ripped me off.

Thought value for money very poor. Small bouquet for £50 - although realise this includes the vase. Some flowers rather ‘old’.

The flowers delivered were nothing like the ones I ordered. My friend liked them, I didn’t. I won’t be using Interflora again any time soon.

Disappointed with the quality and presentation for the price. The flowers looked like the ones you can buy from a service station or shop and were in a jug rather than a vase! These were for my mums 80th and I was expecting something special for the price of £65. Won’t be using interflora again and will choose a service where I can see the arrangement beforehand.

Very disappointing. Flowers were old and tired. Barely lasted a day. Not what you want when they are a gift for a special occasion. As a very regular user of Interflora I would have expected better.

The flowers only lasted about 3 days before starting to die in spite of having the twin lots of food (in days 1 and 3) - so for the money very disappointing

I have given a less than favourable review due to the fact that the booking stipulated I would receive confirmation when the flowers were delivered but I did not receive any contact which lead to a difficult conversation with the recipient.

Was quite disappointed when my sister showed me the flowers as most of it was carnations and crysthanemums which I know last long but which are certainly not wow factor. They certainly did look like the bunches of flowers depicted on your website which is what I thought I was buying into. They looked much classier and worth the money.

All our bouquet's are florist choice and our website does state Each and every design is one-of-a-kind, created by an artisan florist using the freshest stems available on the day so, whilst your gift will look different to the one pictured, it’ll still be just as lovely. The flowers were not the best price of the bouquet £50.00 there weren't much of them and the quality was poor. I sent them back to the florist and they sent another bunch which were ok but not a proper £50.00 bouquet

On reflection I thought the selection of flowers was quite poor just green and a few pinkish Roses, this was for someone’s Birthday and at £50 I could have got my 4year old granddaughter to do better

Paid 46 pound with delivery and only 2 flowers rest was foliage not happy at all

Flowers never turned up at the address i asked them to be delivered to. My girlfriends works. She recieved a phone call saying the driver had missed the drop on his run and in the end these where delivered to my home address at around 17:30pm. There was no apolige from the driver and the flowers where not that great really, i order flowers for her every month through Interflora and this is not the standard of service i am used to .

I ordered a £40 arrangement for same day delivery to a friend. I was very disappointed when I saw a photo of the arrangement. It looked very dated and the flowers looked like the cheap varieties that petrol stations sell. It was late on a Saturday, so maybe it was just what they had left. I’m regretting buying the annual delivery pass now. I thought it would save money over the year, but this first experience of using Interflora has put me off using them again.

I started using interflora as you was always so much better than anything else I’d used. This time, however, I’m so disappointed; I finally saw the flowers that my mother in law had received for her 80th, I honestly could have got better at a petrol station. These were a gift from my son to his grandma, so she was delighted with the thought. I’ve got a years worth of delivery, but I will probably forgo that so as not to have such disappointing flowers again
