We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Don’t actually know if flowers have yet been delivered (to Italy)….no text confirmation received. The initial address I supplied didn’t pass muster. After a second attempt, the florist decided to shut down for two days ….. then radio silence. I guess that this review request means the flowers have got there….who knows!

The flowers were lovely but the giraffe soft toy which I paid £10 got turned into a teddy which I did not order. I am still waiting to hear what is being done to rectify this. I therefore cannot give you a high rating,

Hi Helen, thank you for your feedback, I can confirm the order was left with the neighbour at number 2 as there was no answer at your recipient door, a card was left with your recipient to advise them, many thanks, Amy

For some reason address was changed from the one I cut and pasted x so was delivered to the wrong address and was not recoverable

Delivery was fine didn't think the aqua pac was value for money with the couple of flowers in it. Certainly didn't look like I had spent that much on the arrangement. Disappointed.

I ordered flowers for a certain day delivery but these was not delivered until two days later. Very disappointed, delivery was refunded as a compensation but doesn't make up for the 2 days lateness and the hassle. Wont be using again.

Ordering was easy, but unfortunately flowers arrived 3 days after the occasion with no explanation why. Having only email contact with Interflora at the moment doesn’t help. Flowers eventually arrived, but disappointed they weren’t there on time.

The gift hadn't been delivered by 4o'clock so tried to ask where it was and didn't get an answer until the next day - that wasn't much use!

The flowers were lovely. However the service was appalling! I got notification that my gift of flowers had been delivered during the Kate afternoon. I left it a couple of hours & then asked the recipient if they’d been received & she said no. She went outside & looked all around her bungalow, nothing! About half an hour later she was going to ask a neighbour if they had them & low & behold, they’d been delivered & left at the back gate! No knock or notification that they had been left. If she hadn’t have gone outside twice & I hadn’t asked if she’d received them (which I didn’t want to do because it’s not the done thing), they’d have been left outside & ruined if it rained. I’m absolutely appalled at this lack of respect & lack of service!

I ordered a white bouquet and there are pink lilies in amongst the white flowers. cost me fifty pounds plus 7pounds delivery, not happy and wont be using you again!

usually it is a v good service - but this time the delivery of a hamper failed and I got no notifications regarding status I sent 2 emails to customer service - got a response today with a no quibble refund
