Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I found out that the flowers were not delivered due to the florist being closed. Well, maybe not your fault, but upsetting nonethe less.

To my knowledge the flowers arrive late , after noon , and the wrong colour group was sent , white not pastel

Birthday flowers for my daughter - I asked for them to be left in the porch if she was out - they were delivered to the neighbour and my daughter did not get them until the following day - so not wonderful -

I ordered a bright bouquet but that was not what was delivered, it was only whites and pinks, nothing like the picture on your site.

Flowers were pleasant but I had to call at 12.30 as they had not appeared in spite of a booked before 12.00 delivery slot. Apparently that was not clear to the shop/

For the money that they cost the amount of flowers you get is very poor will not use again for flowers in Ellesmere port

I ordered my aunt some flowers, a card, chocolates and a balloon for her birthday - not all of the order arrived. The florist didn’t contact me to explain and what could be done instead.

The flowers arrived on the day I asked for them however I was completely underwhelmed by the bouquet to be completely honest I spent £55 on this order and would have expected a better mix of flowers that those which arrived which to be honest looked like they had been collected from a garage forecourt... I could have purchased a better selection at the local supermarket for a fraction of the price... When buying flowers from Interflora I expect a stunning bouquet as I have had in the past... I even upgraded to Platinum customer status with the intention of buying more flowers... However if this is what I get in Taunton I won't be ordering any more there in future... Very dissatisfied customer and will definitely not recommend in future... I would like to speak with a customer service representative as soon as possible to escalate this...

I sent flowers on behalf of myself and 3 other friends. The recipient posted a photo. None of us were happy with the bouquet they weren't pretty and for the price I expected more. Sorry I can't seem to upload photo

I ordered 2 sets of flowers to got to two different people. The first one went ok, the 2nd one has still not been delivered and these are flowers, so will perish. DPD were bloody useless, the driver was rude and had no idea what was going on...not impressed and will look for another way of doing this next time.

did not receive conformation of delivery and only found out from recipient late at night when i saw flowers they were not worth the cost as looked smaller then ordered and colours differant would think again about using again

Disappointed in the flowers. Buy my mum flowers often but felt embarrassed when I saw them. Looked very poor. Had been thinking of ordering for someone else but definitely won’t be using again despite my gold membership for delivery.

The flowers went undelivered as no-one home. You have not explained what happens now - do you try again, do I get a refund.

My daughter lives in a flat, put flat 16 on address details but nowhere to leave any message. Driver did not use buzzer at entrance but left them in foyer so my daughter didn't even know they were there! Box was battered and soil misplaced. Not great for a pricey plant gift! First time I've been unimpressed.

Well Arrived in time but not the value I paid for .. nor the picture this us about £30 worth of flowers .. Not £69 plus ! so disappointed .. and feel somewhat ripped off by the florist in Sonoma ! not of the value paid for

I ordered some natural Colour Flowers For my partner birthday l haven’t phoned up the shop because I’ve been working away I haven’t had chance to complain My partner received Pastel colours instead It wasn’t my Original order
