Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Booked valentines flowers early but they delivered on 1st instead of 14th! £64 wasted despite emailing at 8:30 on morning if delivery to say wrong date. Shocking that no reply or anyone check the delivery date. Message was clear it was for Valentine’s Day.

I do have photos but I can not work out how to get them on to this form. I can email them for you This is what my friend (luckily a very good friend!)sent me when I asked her to tell me honestly if the plant arrangement was ok...... 'The purple primula had been "uprooted" as the basket wasn't sitting upright in the box . The little green bits in my hand are meant to be on the stakes but had been knocked off, l found two more at the bottom of the box. The box itself wasn't as robust as they usually are . I think the bottom had got damp and was beginning to "break up". It wasn't "solid" when l lifted it into the house . The plants now are all ok , l've pushed them back into the compost , l'm sure they'll thrive . Many thanks again' Rather disappointing, I think you will agree. Seems to be the packing at fault, or the way it was treated en route.

I am usually very impressed with flowers I have sent and received myself from interflora but this time not so much. For what I paid I felt the bouquet was not substantial in size and some of the flowers did not look very fresh. I asked for bright blooms and whilst some of the flowers were colourful it also included some rather drab brown carnations. Somewhat disappointed.

Didn’t deliver on day specified. Still no response from email 5 days later about why they didn’t deliver on the day I requested

The presentation basket that I had ordered bare no resemblence to that displayed on the website. Thanks to the complaints team to problem was put right.

Thought the bouquet was pretty small for £45 which didn't include the £7 delivery charge. Won't use them again.

Not what I expected at all to be delivered no christmas baubles and loads of weeds that my mother said when removed there was not much left. will not be ordering again. Would not recommend to a family member or friend. A total rip off.

Flowers were ok, but could get something better for half the cost at a supermarket. Also, wrong chocolates were provided. Selected Truffle chocolates, only got standard chocolates.

Flowers weren’t delivered. Got a call asking if we had received them , told them no and they said they must have been stolen or delivered to wrong house! Our relatives had been in all day. Next thing the flowers suddenly arrived

The plant had clearly been shaken around in transit and included no care instructions or picture of what it should look loke. My daughter was on the verge of throwing it away before she sent me this photo and I told her how to save it. The pictures are of what arrived and what was shown on the web.

Both birthday dates were missed in the last two orders I made. One with no apology, explanation or refund on delivery and one with a discount when I complained. I don't want refunds - I want the service I paid for. The day-after-the-birthday is never the same.

Unfortunately paid for same day delivery that wasn't delivered on same day. I did receive notification that there was a delay but on voicemail which wasn't picked up until after closing. Flowers were then delivered 2 days later.

I ordered these flowers for my parents, on their 60th wedding anniversary. Sadly, there wasn’t enough of actual flowers. Just a lot of greenery. A bit disappointed. ☹️
