As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Awful flowers. Half of them we had to throw away. They were dead or dying. Timely delivery but the gesture is pointless.

I asked for flowers to be delivered on a specific date as the date was important however the flowers were delivered a day early which was disappointing.

Paid extra for delivery on a selected date, came a day early, very rude florist who delivered it, ruined the surprise! Great service!!!

I didn’t like the flowers that were sent for my recipient...some are already dying after only being delivered on Saturday. They weren’t the original flowers I’d ordered due to saying you couldn’t get the stems for the original bunch I paid for. Not worth the money at all. Would’ve got a nicer bunch from Asda/Morrison’s.

On this occasion I was very disappointed, the flowers were expensive & what arrived was much smaller than the images on the website, they were also delivered 4 days early (ok, global pandemic, they’re forgiven for this one!) They started wilting and dropping within 2 days, really surprised as interflora usually good

Very disappointed with the flowers ordered for my wife. There was a shortage of flowers and an over abundance of green foliage. I will not be doing that again.

Very disappointed with the Mother's day bouquet, didn't have the flowers as stated and looked nothing like the picture as advertised. Driver told my mother to refill the flowers as it was leaking and the aqua box was all soggy :(

To make things ‘easy’, I tried to send the same bouquet both to my mother and mother in law. I took time to write thoughtful comments to accompany them, The website seemed to erase the written comment several times which was really frustrating. The website was not intuitive to use. Finally, the supposedly same product looked considerably better in one arrangement than the other which was disappointing as I’d spent extra to get the extra stems and make it really special.

Flowers looked great online and speedy service but they are limp and lifeless looking just days later. Expected better from inter-flora.

Delivery dispute flowers left igaragr but could not be found I had to phone and no one prepared to hibachi to delivery site to proof delivery Thrash flowers were fo a very old women so no concideration for time to answer the door

Flowers were left on a windy spot, even though my delivery instructions said “knock loudly”. There was no card at all with the flowers.

Flowers were good and delivered on time.The bad news is that for a first time user of your business the ordering process was very difficult The web site seems difficult to navigate and at one point I considered giving up. Do not assume every customer is totally computer literate. James Dunlop

Ordered 2 bunches for both of our mothers for mother day. One of them arrived horrifically withered and unacceptable. The other bunch is yet to be seen. They have never arrived and it is now Mother’s Day. Going by the first bunch I’m not holding out hope for the second bunch - if they ever arrive.

I didn’t receive the flowers I ordered but I received an email saying they had been delivered. When I contacted customer service I was offered a refund rather than flowers actually getting delivered :( 2 stars are for a quick response and a pending refund

I have always used interflora for my flowers to send to my mum. Normally I haven't had any problem, but on this occasion ( Mothers day) they were not good. Interflora have given me back 30% of my money back as way of apology.

Delivered on the wrong day. I pay for Gold and use Interflora because you’re normally so reliable but this time you let me down. I know these are difficult times though and it was better early than late!
