Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

The speed of the order was amazing THANKS But the quality of flowers were basically poor they were delivered thursday afternoon and were all ready dying and turning brown yesterday ( saturday ) not what you expect from a £100 bunch of flowers i would of got better and for half the price from a supermarket

I am sorry to say that on seeing a picture of the flowers received by my friend for her birthday, (which were delivered on time, ) I was disappointed with the overall appearance and poor selection of blooms and not many at all!

Bouquet was a poor size compared to others of the same value I’ve had delivered in the UK. Flowers were then delivered to the wrong address, and I had to contact to resolve, despite providing contact details with the order. Overall pretty disappointed.

Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered for my daughters birthday in Amsterdam. The flowers arrived a day late - so a pointless exercise really. Comes after a similar experience in the UK, where we complained and got our money back. Not as good as they used to be - which is a pity !

Hi. The flowers I bought for my girlfriend were designed beautifully however they began to die within a day and looked dead within 3 days. They cost £200 + delivery and WERE NOT worth it. I would like a refund

Some of the stems started wilting after 48 hours despite complying with the instructions to cut the stems etc.

Failed delivery despite my daughter being at home, no card posted despite receiving text to say one had been left, finally got flowers after tracking down the local Interflora florist, not the same the day after a birthday

Impressed by the same day delivery of flowers, but they did not meet to the standards of what i would expect from Interflora and was a very random bunch of flowers.

A disappointing experience. Ordered using international and received no communication as to my selected delivery date not being possible past the automated order acceptance. I would not use international again as it proved obvious that UK does not know what is happening and did little to find out. The online chat facility failed so everything email despite ordering requested telephone number. Interflora should consider stepping up on their system and knowledge for their international arm. Cannot answer next questions as still unaware of any details regarding delivery.

Bit disappointed that I received no delivery confirmation from Interflora for my delivery. Didn’t know it had got there until the recipient contacted me to say thank you. It would have been nice to know that the delivery had been made. Nothing at all from interflora after the initial order confirmation email despite having my email address and mobile number. Other companies can update digitally so can’t see why Interflora are different.

You left the flowers on the door step. No effort made to contact the home owner. The flowers were discovered by the neighbour who then alerted the recipient. I was disappointed as this was a birthday present for my mother

I’ve been using you for years and am normally very impressed with the service and the quality of your flowers. Not this time. The yellow rose plant was not in the best state - the 3 flowers that were out were already turning brown and there are very few buds. If your phones were on I would have rung to complain and ask for a replacement.

Glass vase very dated, would expect to purchase similar from a charity shop. Flowers disappointing, very few and tired looking. Expected better for £35 plus £7 delivery.

The bunch of flowers were small for £60+ very disappointed, I have bought fuller bunches of flowers in Tesco for £15/20.
