The flowers that were delivered was not what I ordered. Very disappointed as they were a birthday present for my mother.

Thought this was very expensive for basically a small bunch of flowers, the recipiant and myself were very disappointed wont be using this service again.

I have used interflora a lot as they have always been very good, however on this occasion I was disappointed with the display and the flowers were wilted, the delivery person left it round the side of the house when the clear instructions were for the person to be patient, my sister in law was in when they were left. The delivery in North Ferriby.

Disappointed with the flowers and unhappy that I paid a premium for same day delivery but the flowers were not delivered until the following evening

Order No: IN316370617 Having used Interflora many times and been extremely happy with the product, this order was a complete shock. For our 25 Anniversary, I ordered a £40 arrangement, to start the day off well. What I received was 10 stems and a little greenery, which already looked wilted and then proceeded to die after 24 hours. Both quantity and quality of the product received was really poor, especially coming from Milestones Florists in Oundle, literally 800 yards up the road from me> We will definately not use Interflora again, if this florist is the best you have available in this area....

I sent a hamper as a congratulation present. Whilst the hamper arrived on time there was no card. The recipient had to message me to find out if it was me that sent it, totally ruining the effect for me. For £47.50 I expected better.

No contact at all by florist on delivery day to the recipient to arrange for delivery of the flowers. Furthermore, the flowers were left in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs leading to all the apartments. On the day, the recipient was away for a few days at another address in Mortsel and it was only by chance that she returned to the apartment on Monday and found the flowers just on the floor of the communal hallway. I had a previous problem when I last sent some flowers on 22nd April 2020 and I complained then about the poor contact arrangements. You assured me that steps had been taken to ensure that this would not happen again but clearly it has. Quite frankly, the service is very poor. The flowers were nice but anything could have happened to them because of NO contact with the recipient and the flowers just being dumped in the apartment block hallway. Very poor service and this is not acceptable. I will certainly now think twice about using your service again. This is my first contact with your company regarding this matter so the following questions are not relevant in this instance.

That score reflects the problem with the delivery. The recipient only told me today that the plant arrangement had fallen over in transit. Luckily her daughter was there and phoned Interflora and they sent a replacement. So for customer service the rating is Excellent!!!

The rose plant was completely wilted! I’ll have to ask my friend if it revives and how long it lasts!! Not good 😞

1. Emails sent to me to say delivery attempted and was carded. Not true on either count. 2. Came back from shops after waiting in all day and they were there on my doorstep so at least they were delivered. 3. Did not think the flowers were worth the money, even taking into account they came with a vase. Must have been a very expensive vase......,

I was extremely disappointed with the flowers , I could have bought a better looking array from Marks and Spencers . I will definitely not be using you again as this was a special surprise and even the recipient told me they were awful

Didn’t get what I ordered and it was for a special occasion felt like it just wasn’t good enough baring in mind I spent a lot of money on a bunch of roses .

The flowers that arrived were nothing like the picture shown. I appreciate it states "seasonal flowers" would be used. But the colour scheme and number of stems should at least be the same. I chose a bunch of pastel pinks and blues. What arrived were 4 sunflowers, some daisies and a few orange Lily's. I will not use inter-flora again.

I bought the same flowers from Interflora within 6 days of each other. the one provided in Scotland was just fabulous, awesome, really really good and well worth the money. When I bought the some thing for South East London I was dismayed when my friend sent me the picture. It look poor and cheap, nothing similar to the very same option I had purchased 6 days ago. I have been emailing them but they have ignored my emails so far. I am therefore not impressed and there are so many flower shops out there and Interflora will certainly not get my money back.
