Our Heritage

We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Flowers lovely but I paid an additionalfee for delivery between 8 am -12 pm and they were delivered at 2.45 pm. In service terms, not really good enough.

Well I paid for same day but you couldn't deliver until next day! No offer of repayment yet? I also ordered a birthday ballon no sign of that either. This is the first time I have been dissapoited with your service do not use you a lot but would not up until now use anyone else!! I await your response. Thankyou Mrs pamela stapley

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Sunday from a local seller , was happy with that as previous flowers were exceptional.got email on the day saying they couldn’t do this and will becoming from a larger company, when they were delivered by dpd they looked like supermarket flowers, disappointed as the 2 bouquets cost me £100 , Why say on the web site they will be from a local seller if they can’t for fill that statement!!

The flowers were supposed to be delivered between 11 and 1pm. there at 1.15. Not a great issue but if we were actually on a time limit then it would have been missed for the day. Actual flowers didnt look like the picture and seemed disappointing.

The only positive about this experience, was the very helpful customer services adviser who offered me a refund. Very poor flowers , obviously not fresh and with broken stems. Disappointing.

The order was not as per advertised, although the florist did call me to say she did not have some of the flowers and would improvise with freesia, which was fine but I’m never offered a reduction in price when this happens, which strikes me as strange. Elaine

The flowers were ruined and damaged, they looked like they had been out for days, the box had a feeling that they were for a funeral, the receiver hated them.

Was supposed to be delivered y/day but delivered today was also supposed to be pink for the birth of a baby girl was mainly yellow and also smaller than it looked

Confusing and misleading presentation on web page regarding £12 charge for Interflora gold and one off delivery charges. Flowers not delivered until 6pm for a Birthday bouquet.
