As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Rated low due to three out of four stems broken on plant when it arrived, however interflora responded straight away and gave full refund. I feel interflora should also have offered me an option, either full refund or they could contact seller and redelivered. Outcome was I still wanted to send plant but felt nothing was done by interflora to contact seller, therefore I ordered plant from another service.

super quick delivery, but flowers are not good. Never expect them to last forever, but started fading very quickly and for the price paid won't be buying again. Hadn't used interflorra in a while as had been using someone else, but their flowers always just seem to last longer. My partner was very disappointed after such initial happiness at them when they arrived

Parcel arrived looking ok externally but inside all the plants had been knocked over and dissarranged. Disappointing presentation the plants were barely intact but we rescued what we could

Normally excellent but the last delivery 2 days ago was mainly green leaves and hardly any flowers! I appreciate that this is down to the florist but I don't know who that was

Our florists may often supply fresh flowers still in bud to promote their longevity, which may in turn cause the bouquet to appear more green until the flowers blossom. Sadly the flowers, Chocolates and card didn’t arrive until 6pm on the day requested. The florist also had another bouquet from a different company for my sister. I had ordered a hand tied £35 bouquet, chocolates and a birthday card, total £50. The chocolates were reached to my sister, she didn’t know who they were from and she couldn’t see a Birthday card. All in all it was disappointing for the £7 delivery charge.

You sent a hugely colourful bunch of flowers instead of what was ordered which was meant to be white sympathy flowers. They were highly inappropriate for the situation.

Ordered flowers for mother’s birthday as we are unable to see her due to the current situation. We saw the flowers and to be honest was disappointed with the selection and display considering the amount of money we paid very poor

I purchased an orchid for my wife to help celebrate our anniversary. The delivery arrived promptly in good time early party of the day, tracked through the delivery process The flower came in nice attractive pot with good presentation, but once the packaging removed two of the large flowers had fallen of one in the box and the other within flower packaging, which was two of the main blooms, very disappointing.

I ordered flowers for delivery in Spain and did not receive final responses to my emails/on line chat. The flowers did not arrive as requested. It was upsetting given the current situation. These flowers were for her 50th birthday and being in lockdown in Spain is significantly more restrictive than here in the UK. Added to that even in normal circumstances flowers in Spain are very expensive and not readily available. Disappointing service with regards to communication. The flowers did arrive late on Sunday and were beautiful. I do appreciate florists are working under difficult circumstances but communication is vital. Thank you.

The flowers that were delivered for my wife for mothers day only lasted 4 days. I was very disappointed as all previous orders have been very good.
