Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I was told by the website chat that my flower order was delivered on Friday 22nd of November for a funeral that day. This was untrue they were not delivered until the following morning the 23rd November

I was disappointed as the flowers didn't get delivered to my neice on her birthday they were being sent to my sister's house and she waited in and they only got delivered 2/3 day's later. They were lovely as I was sent a picture

I already informed Interflora that the bouquet was very small for the price paid and that there was no water in the wrapping or gel.

Flowers arrived but the box had obviously been on its side as all the water had leaked out. So the soggy box was left on the doorstep on a very cold day. Not happy with this experience.

There seemed to be an awful lot of greenery and not many flowers , not a lot of bids that will flower either .

A couple of the roses were damaged, but delivery was good.. Also my first delivery was a week early, kind of spoiled the surprise.

I have received a photo of the flowers I've sent to family in the US and very disappointed. There is no way these flowers would cost nearly £60 (excluding delivery fee) Lillys and carnations are not expensive flowers. Will research more in the future and not use interflora!

Wasn’t what I ordered and parts of my order didn’t even arrive! Overpriced and underwhelming Paid for delivery between 8-12 and they arrived literally at 12 so wasn’t much point in that!

The operator I spoke to was slow at finding the addresses & it seemed to take an unreasonable time for your system to operate. Did not find ordering a pleasant experience & the call to order two deliveries to Irelamd took 31 minutes! Since it the flowers were for a funeral this length of call was unexceptable what ever event the flowers were for. Based on this service I will not be ordering from Interflora,again

Although the bouquet was delivered on time it was in no way anything like I ordered. Colours and flower type not as described. Very disappointed.

Flowers not to usual standard. Markedly different to marketing image (quality and quantity). £10 refund only received which is unacceptable. A £20 bunch from Tesco's would look better. Regret will not use Interflora again.

Not delivered the day requested. Not advised at time of booking that AB37 post codes were delivered by couriers, not florists. Advisory email sent around 13:30 on requested delivery day, not seen until after 19:00 that day. Text requested for delivery, never received. Good job it wasn't a birthday, wedding or funeral!!!!

Ordering was easy and delivery was fine, but I was extremely disappointed at how small my purchase was for £30. I would not recommend based on this.

I am really disappointed with how the bouquet was made up , and will NOT use Interflora again. Several photos of the bouquet was sent to me by my niece who received the flowers. She received the bouquet in good time, hence the two stars I gave you. I paid £39 minus delivery and I could purchase two bunches so she could arrange them herself. It would look much better. Come on interflora, step up, I am happy to pay for a decent bouquet. I am familiar with flower arranging, and I will never ever rob anybody from their money to pay for such a terrible display. It did not resemble your photo, and the flowers used were not true to the photo. A cheap-looking pink lacy ribbon was used around the box. This was supposed to be a surprise for a very very special cousin . Sadly, to me a waste of my money:( Nicoleen
