Have ordered twice now. One bunch had 3 or 4 dead flowers which I wasn't happy about as I didn't seem but was told by the recipient. The second are beautiful.

Very disappointing flowers. Cheap chrysanthemums and a few other flowers. Also only lasted three days. I won’t be using this service again.

We are not very happy with the service provided as the flowers delivered were different from the flowers which we selected and paid for. Even the colours of the flowers didn't match our request. Very disappointed.

usually very good customer service, on this occasion( 4 days ago)very poor, trying to amend a delivery as the recipient was away. chat box was not available, emails not been responded to and I have no idea how this has been resolved. Interflora has not attempted to contact me, they are usually very good with messaging or responding.

I personally didn't think much of the bouquet and the delivery was at best poor will not be using interfere again

The flower recipient sent me a photo of the flowers they received, I was a little disappointed in the size and amount of blooms for the £32 price.

Flowers ok but you messed up the message! Matter resolved now and I’ve been given a 25% credit but the occasion was “lost”. Poor.

We ordered neutral colour flowers for a sympathy bouquet, and the one delivered was nothing like the one we've chosen. It was very colourful and quite inappropriate for the occasion, which is what we were trying to avoid from the start. The flowers themselves are pretty and of good quality, but I would have gone elsewhere if I knew this would be the result.

Was not able to get new addres into the receipients book and remove the old one. Very irritating, asking me for English county while im sending flowers to Poland

A bit disappointing. Flowers only lasted 3 days, the bouquet cost £45 and there were only two peonies, 3 stocks, with the rest being filler nothing like the picture you buy from and not really a bouquet. Probably won't use again

I sent the following email text to "hello@interflora.co.uk" on 12th June, but did not receive any reply. Order No. IN50113184101 I am writing to express my disappointment at the flowers which were delivered to my Mother for her Birthday yesterday (see photo below). I feel that the size and quality of the main flowers was very much not as described (I know the order guide photo is not going to be replicated exactly), and was also far below the quality of the other recent orders I have made with Interflora. This has made me lose confidence in Interflora, and would appreciate your feedback.

As far as Interflora service is concerned, great stuff. Easy to order and pay for. Where you let yourself down was delivery. As my daughter was not in, flowers were simply left on doorstep in full view of any passerby. Not really acceptable.

I asked for the flowers to go in the morning to be told on the morning they couldn’t do it!! The person on the phone didn’t think that was a problem

I ordered the Perfect Peony bouquet for an AM delivery. I was contacted via email by the florist to explain that she didn't have any Peonies in but would fill in with more roses, also she was unable to fulfil the AM delivery either. I checked with a family member to see if the bouquet had arrived and they sent me a picture of the flowers that had been delivered and I was disapointed. There was a total of two roses and the bouquet bore no resemblance (although still nice)to what I had ordered. The price was £55 with looked more like a supermarket £35 bouquet.

Unusually not great this time although usually brilliant service from Interflora. The flowers arrived on time but we’re just left on the doorstep. Maybe they knocked and we didn’t hear but unusual that the dog didn’t bark. No protective wrappings of any kind, just vase with flowers in, plus card which was fine. The flowers looked unspectacular although they had perked by the next day. Nothing terrible but all a bit indifferent and as they were a get well gift that was a shame.
