Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Not enough clarity about what was to be delivered and what was available at different price points. Bouquet was pretty underwhelming for £50

I was happy with the flowers that I eventually received. What i am disappointed with is the delivery driver. I arranged for yhe delivery to be before 12 as I was working in the afternoon. The delivery turned up at 11am so no problem there, but the driver didn't even knock on my door. Instead he noticed my neighbour outside and asked them to take in the delivery. If I arrange a delivery time I expect it to be delivered to my house, not to have to go looking for it at my neighbours.

The bouquet was not really worth £30. Maybe £20 but £10 is 30% over charged or under par depending how you see it.

I arranged a delivery to my sister's home for Monday. I also asked that if she was out the flowers could be delivered to her backyard. She was in the house all day and did not hear anyone call at her door. She does not have a hearing problem. The flowers were returned to the shop. She only found the florists card through her front door that evening.

Ordered a floral bouquet for my sister in laws birthday , the blooms were in really poor condition and for £45 the whole collection was very disappointing and bland looking

The order put through to Interflora was very specific in that Neutral flowers and foliage were requested as per your illustration. What was delivered was an arrangement of multi-coloured blooms whilst nice were totally against the request and not suiting the taste of the recipient..

Since going to courier delivery quality has suffered. Instead of being able to order what you want easily, you are offered The Florist's Choice. I don't believe this is a local florist making the orders, but a central unit. I had an email saying that florist delivery wasn't available and that it would be via courier, can't accept this as it was ordered for delivery in a large city. I don't think the bouquets are value for money or quality flowers. I used to use a lot when deliveries were made by florists, but have been put off using in the future. I know that Covid has played a part, but it can't be blamed for everything. Look at picture, nothing special for £30.00 and delivery on top.

Flowers were placed in hotel room which was lovely but no water in container so Flowers looked very bad next day

Communication to the buyer (myself) was poor over the last 3 deliveries. I have sent emails about this each time. Would be nice to be offered a discount on the next order if I use the company

I ordered the flowers to be delivered to my wife on 8 September 2020 for our 41st wedding anniversary, but they arrived on 1st September. I told the driver that they were a week early. He said it says on his paperwork to be delivered on the 1st. On my order it clearly says 8th September. He took the flowers back and re delivered on the 8th, but now on the 13th half the flowers have died. They were fed and watered as instructed They look a very sorry state and not worth the £60 I paid for them. Very disappointed.

Things go wrong in life and I accept that it is how we resolve issues that matter - 2 emails told me there was nothing that could be done and it was only the 3rd that then offered a refund. I have an account and you can see by my history that I order regularly and I have only every had this one issue - I was not trying to scam the system!! However, this has now been resolved maybe all staff should be trained to the same standard as my final reply.

Unfortunately, quite disappointed this time ... although when the gift arrived it was well received and had the desired effect the special surprise element was completely lost. The delivery was a day late! with no communication as to why - I sent an email enquiry regarding tracking when gift had not arrived by 9pm (allowing extra to the 7pm stated) but I’ve had nothing but a confirmation of email receipt. This was supposed to be something special for my 88yr old parents wedding anniversary, as they have been shielding since March. I was just arriving home from a week in hospital and wanted to spoil them a little. They ended up getting up especially early so that they would be around for a delivery at 7am in case the delayed parcel arrived early. It finally arrived around 2:30pm. Still with no explanations. Not quite the surprise I had planned. Feeling quite disheartened as all previous deliveries have been spot on. Sorry for the mild rant ... an explanation would be nice. Thanks.

Having recently received flowers from my niece I was so delighted with the flowers I decided to use interflora to my sons partner on the birth of our first grandchild.I paid exactly the same amount as my niece however the second floral delivery was of a very poor standard and did not meet my expectation .....
