Although you did try to contact me, you were unable to deliver the flowers I ordered. This meant the recipient wasn't happy with what she received. I will think twice about ordering again

Had to wait a week for delivery Then had e mail saying flowers delivered But they had not been delivered. Had a web chat in the evening, nothing happened next day till I rang then after ringing was told flowers had not been delivered recipient was sad and missed important date

when i seen the photo of my sister with here flowers they did not look like the flowers i ordered plus they where small not very good

For the second time recently flowers delivered are not the same as what I ordered. Disappointing from such a big company

The flowers were.delivered just before.my time.i had asked.for and.my wife was happy to receive them, however two days on, half the flowers are dead and some.of.the smaller pink roses did not look that alive when they came, as long as my wife is happy I am.ok but not sure if I would choose this root again.

Delivered flowers not like the ones on the internet. All flowers in bud, so I will wait a few days and see what it turns out like. Supermarket flowers looked better.

Didn't go well at all; placed order with ease, all set for delivery. Got email from Quality Assurance (with no time to cancel) that DPD would be the delivery mechanism, which filled me with dread! Complained via return of email, short email tennis match then got a call from them. Registered my displeasure for a number of reasons (main one being - I'd have placed the order direct with a local florists if I'd have known who was delivering my order) , was offered 25% refund, which I politely refused. Then got an email, before delivery, telling me I'd had a 100% refund. That filled me with even more dread, to be given a pre-emptive full refund BEFORE the delivery spoke volumes for the confidence Interflora have with DPD, in my humble opinion. Interflora are usually quite good, but on this occasion I felt misled and as I'd articulated this in one of my emails it was seen as reason to refund the whole amount (which is fair enough, sort of). I wonder how many people would place an order for flowers knowing that a courier, with a reputation like DPD's, would be doing the delivery. Maybe Interflora should consider telling customers who'll be delivering the orders BEFORE the order is placed and not tell customers via email when it's too late to take corrective action. In the interests of fairness and honesty, I will say the order arrived on the right day and it was well received by the recipient, but not quite as I'd have expected. No beef with customer services, but a far from perfect experience.

The flowers which i ordered appear to have been delivered to the wrong address. They were supposed to be delivered on 27th November to my mother in law for her birthday. When they were not delivered I contacted interflora and raised the situation. They were subsequently delivered on Saturday 30th - 3 days late for the birthday.

I ordered a wreath for a family funeral, whilst the wreath was lovely despite spelling names for the assistant they were spelt incorrectly on the message. I noticed this on the confirmation email and rung to have them corrected but they were still wrong when we saw the wreath at the funeral.

My order was changed without my agreement and you included Lilies which I specifically avoided due to the recipients allergy. There was no space on the order form to state that they should be avoided and the result was that my 75 year old mother received flowers to which she has a violent allergic reaction.

Order was a day late. Was promised a 25% discount will have to check to see if that has been applied to my account. However, I accept that things beyond people's contol and in favour to Interflora I did receive a courtesy call to say it would be late. Despite this I shall continue to use Interflora as they are still a respected firm and I have had no other problems with past orders.

WHEN MY SISTER RANG ME TO THANK ME FOR THE FLOWERS, SHE SAID IT IS GOOD THAT IT IS THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS, SINCE THE QUALITY OF FLOWERS WAS POOR, SO I HAVE ASKED HER TO DIRECT THE PHONE TOWARDS FLOWERS SO I COULD SEE THEM. YOU MUST TAKE QUITE A BIG CUT FOR YOUR SERVICE SINCE £64.70 EQUATES TO AROUND 300 ZL AND FOR THAT AMOUNT YOU COULD BUY VERY BIG AND BEAUTIFUL BUNCH OF FLOWERS LEAVING ENOUGH PROFIT FOR BOTH PARTIES. MY NIECE LEAVES IN BRUSSELS AND SHE HAS SPEND £42 POUNDS EQUIVALENT AND HER FLOWERS WERE VERY NICE AND MY SISTERS HUSBAND PURCHASED FLOWERS IN WARSAW'S FLORIST FOR £28 POUNDS EQUIVALENT AND IT WAS THE BIGGEST AND VERY BEAUTIFUL BUNCH OF ALL, SO NO I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED .

The flowers were delivered on time unfortunately the flowers weren't in very good condition and only lasted 3 day before dying I think ordering from arts and flowers before a weekend where interflora send mine from I think they send out flowers coming to a end of the life span

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date for my mother's birthday and it eventually arrived 2 days later. Not a great result! The flowers were beautiful though.

As I was going to be on holiday, I decided to send my niece flowers for her birthday. I chose the bouquet that I wanted, filled in all the details requested and paid for the order. Whilst I was on holiday I received a message that you could not fulfill my order without my niece's telephone number (which hadn't been requested when placing the order) As I was on holiday I was unable to provide this, or logon to the website to sort it as instructed. I messaged back. The next message that I got was that the florist was unable to supply the bouquet that I had requested and was substituting it with something else. Again, I could do nothing about tis as I was abroad. Not very impressed overall.
