Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I have always been delighted with interflora over the years but unfortunately I was let down with a plant I sent to my daughter for an occassion. On arriving at her home I was presented with what you can see in the picture of the pineapple plant which was broken that I had purchased. Needless to say it spoiled my day.

For the cost I was a little disappointed and embarrassed by the quality of the flowers. Probably won't use Interflora again.

The flowers delivered were definitely NOT value…I could have picked these up in M&S for £20

I ordered an arrangement for Canada. It was around £67 in total and really was not worth the money. It reminded me of a £15 bouquet from Tesco that had been out in a vase. I was also disappointed that I could not choose the colours I wanted. In future I will call a local florist in the Surrey area of BC and order over the phone.

Delivery and admin good but florist choice of flowers disappointing for me, the sender, more like a supermarket bouquet, albeit the more expensive end. I had a prompt reply to my complaint and a refund offer which was unexpected so I will donate that to a hospice where our daughter passed away recently. Thank you.

Very disappointed with the flower selection that was sent to someone we had wanted to thank. It looked as though the arrangement had been padded out with cheap flowers. I will go back to using M&S next time.

the booking experience was okay and delivery was as expected too which is great. the flowers themselves were rather underwhelming however - for close to £40 they looked like a £15 bouquet from morrisons or tesco, so felt like a bit of waste of money.

The difference between what I ordered and what arrived for my sister’s birthday was huge. What she received for near in £100 was ridiculous. Never using IF again.

Requested a lot of yellow flowers as it was a delivery of flowers ordered from overseas for a golden anniversary. This request was not followed and it was a standard mix of mostly red blooms. Disappointing as it was an expensive bouquet.

Total mis- representation of flowers advertised on the Interflora website. Flowers delivered were embarrassing and the workplace felt they had been let down. We understand that sometimes the flowers pictured are not available and are substituted but the flowers delivered were cheap.

The previous 2 bouquets i purchased for my girlfriend were amazing, the last one on friday29th was quite disappointing, more greenery and leaves as apposed to beautiful flowers, so much so I had to go buy extra flowers from a supermarket as it was late, to fill it out more.
