Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

No problem with flowers, but they were left on doorstep when recipient wasn't home.

I buy internationally and Mothers Day UK is different to AU so i am always late to buy. Interflora offered delivery on your site for mothers day where other sites did not and you also charged more for this privelege. Delivery was not on Mothers Day as I paid extra for. I expect recompense for that additional cost please

Tried to order flowers for Mothers Day. Wanted Saturday delivery. Told flowers could only be delivered on Sunday for which I was charged £4 extra. Flowers delivered late on Monday!! 2 flowers broken and 2 of the roses were nearly dead. Flowers in a box with no plant food enclosed. Very disappointed as normally great service. Know difficult time for everyone but will I get a refund of the extra £4 you charged me as you failed to deliver on time ?!

The flowers delivered to my mother for Mothers day were beautiful....however, the flowers ordered for my fiances mother never arrived and there was no response to my email. Can someone get back to me please?

I ordered flowers that would be delivered on Sun for mothers day. They arrived on Sat. If i had wanted flowers to be delivered on the wrong day - i could have ordered a bigger boquet and had them delivered on Fri. Poor service yet again.

I placed three orders for Mothers Day. 2 arrived. 1 didn't. Got in touch with customer services via email on Sunday. Received reply with no real answer to query. Awaiting further information.

I have used interflora on many occasions and this is the first time i was disappointed. The flowers i ordered for my mother-in- law were not the flowers i ordered were extremly spars and not worth the money

Flowers not delivered on Mothers Day as booked. Understand the difficulties presently, but really should not have taken the order in the first place. Was refunded and flowers still delivered, so thank you and accept this is one of those things.

THIS TIME I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY MUMS MOTHERS DAY AND BIRTHDAY IS TODAY.TOLD FRIDAY 20TH,FOR DELIVERY.PHONED THE CARE HOME 4 TIMES NOT DELIVERED.GOT IN TOUCH WITH INTERFLORA ON 21ST SATURDAY LATER THAT DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM TO SAY THEY WERE DELIVERED.THE TIME SLOT INTERFLORA PUT DOWN WAS FOR THE FRIDAY 28TH FOR DELIVERY.MY CARD ON FLOWERS 💐 READ.HAPPY MOTHERS DAY AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY.SOMEONE F----D UP BUT NO APOLOGY FOR THIS.IF I HAD NOT GOT IN TOUCH WITH INTERFLORA MY MUM WOULD NOT HAVE HAD ANY FLOWERS AT ALL FOR MOTHERS DAY OR HER BIRTHDAY 🎂.THIS REALLY IS BAD BUSINESS ON THEIR BEHALF.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

Was not what I see on line so disappointed when my Mum sent me a photo. Just had ordinary brown paper put round them nothing fancy not even a little bow. Will never use them again.

Wanted the delivery on a certain day they didn’t listen and came a day earlier what is the point in saying and paying extra for this! Flowers were beautiful though but still not happy about not listening to the delivery day I wanted

I paid extra to have a deliver on Mothers Day, but they were delivered a day early. Fortunately, my Mother was still at home.
