Had to sort out a funeral bouquet for a funeral in Stockholm, Sweden. Ordered by phone to Interflora UK and for bouquet to be delivered to brother-in-law's home address in Sweden on the saturday for him to take to the funeral on the monday 17th Feb. Brother-in-law phones late on the saturday when it was meant to be delivered to say nothing arrived. I then phoned the UK number that took the order and went through how/why it could have gone wrong. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered gift of chocolates & wine which was left on doorstep & package soiled by wet weather. Notified of delivery by text some hours after actual delivery

Flowers delivered by Courier (DPD) and left in a 'safe place' this was beside the dustbins!. Luckily my brother came home just in time before the bin men came round. Always make sure the flowers or gift is from a local florist and not delivered by a Courier!!

2 of the roses that were in the bouquet had browning on the leaves very prominent when looking at them as they were white roses they had to be thrown away immediately now 1 day later the rest are starting to look old Bought some flowers 7 days ago from a supermarket and they still look better than the ones you delivered

Bouquet not worth the money paid, very disappointed. Florist advised of switching one of the flowers due to not being available, which was appreciated. Lots of green foliage against few flowers.

This is very disappointing to hear, Lorraine. We try and ensure that our flowers are delivered in bud to ensure longevity of the item. Once these have had the opportunity to open, this will have an effect on the presentation of the bouquet. Best wishes, Luke

Flowers were beautiful but there was no card. Just an empty envelope! My friends husband had passed away unexpectedly and wanted to send her flowers because I could not get to her in person. The daughter had to rush out and ask the delivery people who had sent them. I’m a bit disappointed because she didn’t get my personal message to her and the family

Flowers were delivered to the complete wrong address and when I phoned to ask what had happened they suggest I go to the address to collect them myself.

Ordered the rose medley hand tied 5 days before it was due to be delivered. Very disappointed in the flowers that were delivered for my mum. The quality of the roses was poor, the arrangement of the flowers was terrible. For the amount I paid for it, it was not worth it. I was shocked that is was an interflora delivery as it did not look good. It has put me of from ordering from interflora in the future. Very disappointed.

I have used Interflora many times over the years, I feel that this may be the last time. Bought my girlfriend a bouquet for Valentine’s Day and the size of it was very disappointing indeed. I would place the value of the flowers at around £10, when I spent over £50 in totally I felt very short changed.

Ordered flowers to arrive on Valentine's Day but none turned up at all. I rang them the day after to ask where they were and I was told the delivery had been delayed, but nobody had bothered to let me know. Hours later there still wasn't any flowers so I rang again and they said they'll schedule them, so nobody was even sorting or delivering the flowers still, over a day and a half after I placed the order for same day delivery! The flowers were also going to Brazil and it's not even a busy day for florists in Brazil as it isn't their Valentine's Day, it's just a normal day.

I ordered flowers on behalf of my dad for my mum's 60th birthday. He spent 66 pounds on a hand tied bouquet. I recommended interflora as I have an account and have ordered multiple bouquets which I have been over the moon with but unfortunately this time I was extremely disappointed in what was delivered in comparison to the picture and what we were expecting. As you can appreciate I felt much worse as I had recommended the service. This is the first I've been disappointed with the service and as it was a really special occasion I'm even more disappointed.

Delivery was good but I cannot believe the what I received for £51, the value for money is terrible, when I got home from work and saw what had been delivered I could only laugh
