We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I wasn’t happy with the delay of the delivery. I paid £10 to get them delivered on a certain day and that wasn’t fulfilled.

Birthday flowers for my 82 year old grandma arrived at 6.30 pm No scheduled delivery time given No tracking Customer service very unhelpful Will not used them again

I live in Tokyo Japan and ordered a bouquet for my friend in London. Got a delivery notice but didn’t show me the picture of what it looked liked. So I’m not really sure how to rate your service.

The content was a bit sparse of flowers for the £40 price. It was up to the florist as to the content but disappointed to be honest 😕

Disappointed with the bouquet for £85.00 in total. Not many roses and it was for a special occasion. This bouquet was one of the more pricier ones so my expectations were higher than what was delivered. I would have expected more roses for the price. Will not be using this service again. I saw the flowers after a couple of days and was very disappointed in how they looked, for the price I expected slot more. The chocolates were good but the floral arrangement was not great.

I requested a birthday bouquet of pastel flowers. However the bouquet was made up of mostly white flowers which was not what I had expected.

This was a Mother’s Day delivery that was not delivered on Mother’s Day, so was an obvious failure of service. I gave the second star because the situation was handled quickly and well. But it really shouldn’t happen - on time delivery is such a fundamental of what one is buying.

Booked mothers day delivery a week in advance and was told the day before mothers day that the order could not be fulfilled. No time to make alternative arrangements. Unacceptable.

The roses were dying and all dead within a day or two. Disappointing as the quality is usually very good from Interflora.

The flowers were nothing like the pictures on the website - only a couple of roses and rather dull colours. Extremely disappointed. I complained and was told that variations are normal - well, thanks for that!

Ordered 2 x £60 flowers for MIL and mum. Thought they’d get something similar. One was great the other was very poor and looking tired already after only 3 days
