Sorry but when we saw our wreath beside all the other floral tributes our tribute did not look the money that was paid for it £100 in fact there was a wreath there that the people paid £25 for and it looked better than ours. We have bought flowers from you before and been happy. NOT THIS TIME.

Flowers were not like picture at least 4of them were dead badly put together so very disappointed

I arranged for a bouquet to be sent under the same day service. This didn't happen and in fact no delivery was made until the following afternoon. I saw the flowers yesterday just a few days after delivery and they are already starting to brown and instead of being delivered in a pretty tub, they are in cardboard box, covered in tissue paper to look like the tub. I was reimbursed the £2 extra for same day delivery, but I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Flowers were not as shown in the photos, and was a lot smaller bouquet. Disappointed, was not worth £36 and £10 delivery charge.

Brought a bunch of flowers for my nan as a birthday gift, paid extra for extra large flowers and came to be standard size, very pretty but were much smaller than expected after paying extra for them.

I ordered a pink sorbet gift box. It arrived nothing like what i ordered at all. I clearly selected the occasion as sympathy. I liked the product as it was subtle and paper / box was pretty. Item arrived in a shocking bright pink paper, horrible box and as for the flowers they were fresh and in bud some of them but completely different to the order. I used this company upon great reviews but will not recommend.

Delivery was prompt and efficient. Packaging and presentation was good. However, the quality and quantity of the flowers left a lot to be desired. Delivered on Saturday, it is now Monday and some of the flowers have wilted and died. Not worth £72.

I used Interflora several times in 2019 and they were always good to be fair, however, I sent flowers to my Mother in Law for Christmas and they were delivered to completely the wrong address. Luckily the person who they were delivered to (who lived in the next road) knew who she was and delivered them to her. Totally unacceptable. I appreciate that this was the fault of the third party florist they used, but it makes me very reluctant to use them again.

It looked like a poor relative/ left over flowers. Lucky the person I got them for hadn’t see the original picture! I won’t be using interflora again

Flowers were delivered 1 day late. Rang up customer services who did not know what was happening. On-line tracking said there was a problem and to ring customer services who did not know what was going on. Altogether pretty miserable performance.

Using a florist who don't check on line to see if any orders have been made, therefore deliveries not made on the day requested and paid for. The same florist substituted flowers and the resulting bouquet was nowhere near as good as the picture and description indicated when the purchase was made.

We were expecting delivery on a Saturday to be told late that day that their florist had forgotten our order! Not acceptable for a nationwide company. We shall possibly use local florists from now on.

I had incorrectly assumed that all was well with the flowers I ordered for my aunt for Christmas. However, this was not the case as some of the flowers were dead on arrival. I was initially told that I had left telephoning about the order too late for compensation. This was rectified. However, I am somewhat surprised that there are no florists available to provide a new delivery next Tuesday. This is not the experience I would have expected from Interflora. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using Interflora again for some time.

I ordered funeral flowers (wreath) online, I found the assistant insensitive to my needs, she seemed to have a couldn't care a less attitude. When I checked my email confirmation there were a few errors to my order, so I had to phone to amend this. It is not the first time this has happened . On a more positive note the flowers were beautiful ,which is down to the florist, not Interflora.

Sorry usually I have nothing but excellent service but in this occasion you failed to deliver the wine on the same day as the flowers (Monday 23rd December) and became Im overseas in Australia I didn’t realise until I spoke to my in-laws on Christmas Eve, after thanking us for the flowers - it was very embarrassing having to ask them if they had received the wine and them saying no!! This was for Christmas and when I called to find out what happened the reply I got was well if you called earlier to let us know we could have delivered today but the florist is too busy now so it won’t be delivered until Friday (27th December). Sorry Interflora this was not good enough service at all when it wasn’t my mistake that it wasn’t delivered but yours and no responsibility or sorry was received!! Terrible service and very disappointing especially when I do use your service a lot.
