Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Having paid £45 including delivery I was certainly expecting the "Wow" factor. The quality and more so the quantity/volume of what was delivered was very disappointing. I was left underwhelmed and felt that I could have put my arrangement together using supermarket combinations for a fraction of the price. It was one of those classic cases where the website doesn't match the reality.

Compared to a bouquet ordered directly by a local florist , the bouquet by Interflora was poor. Small and lacked nice flowers , too much greenery.

As I remember I spent about £75 in all getting a bunch of flowers delivered to Rome, and this was what arrived (see photo attached). I am the first to admit that the vase they were put in des them no favours, but for the sort of money I wold have expected substantially more - as a gesture for this sort of money it strikes me as very bad value, and as a result I do not think that I will be using Interflora again.

The basket was not in bloom, and a lot of filler used. This was a gift, and I was upset with it. Last year the flowers were beautiful and I expected the same this year.

Very disappointed. They did not deliver on the day promised and did not alert me when the plant was finally delivered. Soil had spilled out which also spoilt the gift. I will not use Interflora again.

The flowers, when they arrived, were beautiful so no criticism there. The ordering process was also straightforward. Where it went wrong was when I was notified by Interflora the flowers had been delivered and they hadn't. I called Interflora - automated answer saying due to Covid no calls were being accepted and to use Live chat. Tried Live chat - on the three times I tried it that was unavailable and to "try again later". Then tried twitter - which advised to direct message. Which I did and that appeared to be more successful and I waited but as a back-up I e-mailed as well. The reply to the e-mail implied I had received the notification in error and the flowers were out for delivery accompanied by reams of generic information. Then, about half an hour later there was a knock on the front door. It was the delivery driver from the florist. He had delivered the flowers to the wrong address and had gone back and picked them up. So ended up ok in the end but Interflora's line of communications is a complete shambles.

Although the roses were nice and fresh..I paid for the gift set which was supposed to have a balloon and teddy bear but these were not delivered received...very disappointed

The main plant was small and in poor condition. Two other plants were in the box with no holder so soil spilt everywhere and the card with my ,message on was underneath the soil and dirty.

Sent the wrong flowers size bouquet and not heard from them after sending them an email over 48 hrs ago, not even a ‘Thank you for your email, we’ll get back you as soon as we can’ automatic reply. Poor customer service this time around, hopefully nobody goes through the same that I did. Spoilt my occasion and shadowed the whole event. Gutted

The ordering and service was good, however I strongly feel that the floral arrangement was below standard. I felt disappointed that SO MUCH GRENNERY was used. Only one spray of lily, and it was noted two petals was damaged. A shortage of flowers on the whole. It's not value for money, only the thought that counts

I sent the flowers for my daughter’s birthday they looked bedraggled and she said won’t last to the weekend disappointed I won’t order from you again

The flowers were delivered a day late owing to the florist not having enough supplies. They missed my wife's birthday. However, interflowed rang me to let me know and reimbursed the delivery fee. Good customer service but it was a shame the florist ran out of flowers.

Bought these flowers for a friend as a Get Well Wish. Can't say that I was impressed at the £55 price tag from the photo I have seen of them, unfortunately disappointed.

I am sorry but due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus our florists are unable to guarantee contents of bouquets.Therefore, we are currently only offering florist choice items to enable them to use the fresh stems they are able to source on the day of delivery.
