We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Very expensive in comparison to other flowers I’ve bought recently, but more importantly the flowers were poor and in some cases, didn’t ever bloom.

My recent experience has not been great, flowers was delivered a day late, as my request to leave outside door was ignored, no confirmation on the order was given.

The flowers were in a right state when opened, bent to one side, some stems broken and looked nearly dead.

Although on previous occasions the service has been very good, this was not the case on this occasion. The bouquet was left on path outside house instead of in porch. Thereafter, it's lasted less than five days.

Paid for same day delivery and asked for flowers to be left in porch. Flowers were delivered to neighbour and not given to recipient until the following day.

sorry to say in general, I have more poor service than acceptable or good, flowers tend not arrive on time and if you're chasing there is no reliable way to make contact, no doubt blaming Covid, however you get a telephone message directing you to other ways of communication, live chat was also off line every time I tried, in the end the only response I got was from email by which time it was afternoon and my wife didn't get her Birthday flowers until later that day, I got an email apology and a refund of carriage, to little too late. Will never use again, I suggest gong direct to florists.

The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers to say thank you and they DID NOT look anything like the picture I purchased and did not look £50 worth of flowers

When you think about the quality of flowers you could get in a supermarket for £45 plus delivery I was hugely disappointed. Waitrose for me next time

Vere poor service. It was my daughters special birthday, I ordered balloons as well but it was not delivered because it was out of stock and yet they took the order.

Flowers looked beautiful when they arrived but had started to due off within 2 days. Very disappointing for Mother's Day when I wasn't able to see my Mum!

I wasnt satified with the bouquet size! I live in Paris and it was expensive and really didn’t like the size!

Whilst the flowers were very nice, they were delivered to a wrong address. My parents, the intended recipients, received a call from another lady at that incorrect address and had to collect the flowers themselves as a result of that call.
