It arrived late and no explanation yet on why or a refund. It was for a birthday present and I ordered with plenty of time for it to be delivered on the agreed date.

Flowers should have been delivered on Friday but I had a message to say the florist was unable to deliver or leave in a safe place despite the building having a concierge. It is now late Monday afternoon and I’m still waiting for an update from Interflora. I have now sent 2 emails to chase this up.

Hi Christine, I can see that you have contacted us directly, and that we have resolved this issue via email. The concierge would not accept taking delivery of the flowers, the florist made 3 attempts. Very sorry for your disappointment. With kind regards Michelle

Was expecting them in a basket that I chose but they were in a bright smile mug not really the kind of thing I wanted not what I ordered infact will not send again if that what they do £75 pound not cheap

The flowers received are not what I asked for. They were lovely flowers all white with a splash of lavender, but I asked for a colourful bouquet. Also I would not of ordered lillies which were in it

The flowers that were received looked good, however I was extremely disappointed with the volume of flowers received in relation to how much I paid. I even went to the effort of going to Tesco to buy additional flowers to add to it as I felt it looked that sparse.

My delivery of a rose plant was squashed and had come out of the pot. Unusual for interflora.

I paid for the flowers to be delivered before 11am, and they arrived at 12.30pm. Also, many of the flowers that were included were over half eaten from caterpillars.

I have been with Interflora for years!! But this was the first time I was disappointed. The basket arrangement came in a box. One would think, it would be protected and secure. No, a quarter of the flowers were broken, and one plant was completely out of the soil in the bottom of the box. I happened to be there as it was my daughter’s birthday. I was not pleased!!!!!

Ordering was, as usual, easy and efficient. Delivery was timely. However, I was disappointed in the choice of flowers and did not feel that they represented £30 worth of blooms. I could have picked up chrysanthemums and pinks of this quantity for 7.99 in Asda. This is the first time that I have been disappointed 😔. As my one daughter has moved to a new area I am now sceptical about ordering for her again.

Flowers looked lovely when they arrived. However, half of them were dead after only 2 days. Very disappointed and will now reconsider using Interflora again.

Really disappointed. It was my Daughter-in-law’s 40th birthday & she is a Doctor who had important operation to perform in the afternoon so I wanted to ensure the flowers arrived before she left for work. My son stayed in the house to ensure that the flowers would be taken in & be part of the surprise. In the end they had to leave fro work after the flowers did not arrive. When they checked the cctv they had been left on the step in the afternoon without contacting either me or my Daughter-in-law. Very lucky they had not been taken but they sat all afternoon. She di not get them until her sift ended & her birthday nearly over!

I was very disappointed with the bouquet that was sent to my son on the arrival of his baby daughter. The flowers looked fresh, but it was poorly arranged and the choice of flowers - multi-headed chrysanthemum was not attractive. Not a summer flower in my opinion. I was very disappointed considering the price.

Delivery was made 4 days too early, anf left at door. Recipient wae not at home for 3 days so flowers were a disaster. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. We were refused compensation. After redelivery was scheduled, it couldn't be tracked. Terrible service overall - will never use Interflora again!

I ordered flowers on 11 June, for delivery in Novosibirsk, Russia, on 16 June, to mark a birthday. Unfortunately, they were delivered a day late, on 17 June. Local florist informed the recipient by 'phone that they had only received the order from Interflora that morning, i.e. on the 17th. I don't know what went wrong but it was something of a disappointment. However, flowers, when delivered, were very nice.

I was very dissatisfied by my latest order. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my husband's 65th birthday. They were not delivered on time despite you asking for a telephone number to call him to arrange delivery. He never got a call from your local florist (Tenerife) and three days later he managed to contact the florist himself to arrange delivery himself. We were very disappointed.

I changed the date of my delivery and received confirmation of the change. I then received a computer generated email confirming delivery but on the original date! This stressed me out as I knew the recipient wasn't at home hence the change of delivery date! To compound matters, my order was international to New Zealand and it was my first time using Interflora internationally. When I raised a complaint, I had a prompt reply explaining the email I had received was 'computer generated and that my delivery was all ordered for the amended date (I subsequently received a confirmation following delivery on correct day). That's fine but it does provoke the question how many times do these 'computer generated ' confirmation emails get sent out when orders haven't actually been delivered on dates, particularly on dates that haven't been changed ?? Interflora- this needs sorting out!! Also I appreciate my order was to NZ but the choices of flowers were highly overpriced even before delivery charges! Would defo think twice before sending Interflora internationally again-really disappointed.
