We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Online ordering process is good. Delivery was on time but £11 to secure a morning delivery is excessive. Volume and quality of flowers was also disappointing. Won’t be using again.

The choice on offer was very limited and the quality of the display was no where near what was expected freom previous purchases.

I’ve been intouch by social media and not yet had a reply. I ordered some £40+ flowers which were v nice but when I saw them they looked like £25 flowers. The arrangement was so small and was in my opinion over priced.

Flowers were delivered a day late. Interflora did give me a discount because of this but I chose the delivery date because that’s the day I needed them delivered.

I have been a customer for a lot of years, but the last order was very disapointing it looked like the flowers were just plonked into a vase and some of the flowers were dead on arrival

Having sent flowers to the same UK address on many occasions and always with very pleasing results, I am sorry to say that the recipient was very disappointed with the delivery made this Tuesday, 22nd September. She did not find the "bright colour" arrangement to be the least bit attractive and was sorry that I had "wasted" my money on such.

I was very disappointed that what my elderly friend received for her birthday was so unimpressive. She said the plants were very tiny, and the roses just had a few buds. "Radiant yellow" was not at all what she received.

Birthday delivery at late afternoon. AM should be the norm for birthdays. Flowers ok. When I tried to track using code supplied it was not recognised. Could not contact staff. Not happy !!!!

I paid £60 for a bouquet of flowers. The size of the bouquet and the amount of time they lasted, left a lot to be desired!

My initial order was cancelled on the morning of delivery, which given they were ordered for a wedding anniversary, wasn't appreciated. I made a new order, which was ordered the following day, but I was provided no updates and the online system said they hadn't been delivered. Overall, not great service.

I didn't feel that the flowers delivered were worth the money spent. £60 for a bouquet that doesn't look like it will last more for a couple of days. It also has a limited amount of flowers vs greenery.

At first my wife was overwhelmed to receive her bouquet at work but upon close inspection she couldn't believe how poor the quality was, I have sent an email but received no response to this, im really not happy with this service

The florist choice arrangement was poor. The flowers were not all in the oasis and these died off quickly. The choice of flowers looked as though they were picked up haphazardly and did not co- ordinate with one another. This is a pity. Normally I have found Interflora to be spot on.

The flowers were okay but I paid extra to have morning delivery and I didn’t turn up until 3.15 pm . I paid extra so that my mum would be in there unfortunately she was out when they arrived.
