Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

The flowers delivered did not resemble the flowers I selected neither in quantity it colour. I fed this back to customer services but got nowhere.

I did not get any notification of delivery status and had to contact the recipient to find out if the flowers had arrived.

Despite ordering a Flowers and Chocolates Package and paying extra to join the Gold Service, the Flowers were delivered but NOT the chocolates, I was unable to contact anyone by either telephone, email or live chat. The next day before I could make contact I received an email saying that the non delivery of the chocolates was a human error by the delivering florist and that they would be delivered that day. Sadly it took the edge off of what was to be a special surprise for a special lady. The chocolates were duly delivered but overall disappointing level of service especially as a had paid extra to be a so called “Gold “ Customer and extra for “Same day delivery “ no refund or anything was offered. ............. Disappointed !

The flowers looked lovely, but we’re expensive for what they were. They were delivered at 8pm! A very late birthday delivery.

Very disappointed. The bunch of flowers was much smaller than advertised. I paid £30 for the bunch and I genuinely could have got similar if not better for £10 from the supermarket. Also the note I requested on the flowers was not filled out.

Flowers that arrived were nothing like the picture for what I ordered. Ordered pastels, florists choice, which looked very pretty in the picture. Received sunflowers, golden rod and other yellow flowers. Hugely disappointed!

I didn’t receive a text to say the flowers had been delivered I then emailed customer services Who basically said the couldn’t help I don’t know if my delivery was on time or not

I've had an Interflora account for many years, but stopped using it because of poor value. In August 2020 I ordered a £70 arrangement plus delivery charge for a special occasion, only because I'm not going out in the current coronavirus situation. The delivery came on time, I had paid extra for morning delivery but that was ok. The arrangement was smaller than expected, a similar bunch of flowers would have been around £15 to £20 in a supermarket, so that was the first disappointment. The flowers themselves were lovely on day one, but by the second day some were looking rather sad. We followed the instructions regarding trimming stems and adding "flower food" to new water but by day two some were very droopy, and by day three we had to discard some that were obviously dead. Out of them all, only the lilies lasted seven days. They were just buds at first, but by the time they opened all the rest were dead and had been discarded. The lilies then looked and smelled gorgeous just on their own. Another disappointment was the composition, about 50% of the arrangement were just green leaves of various kinds, so I feel a bit cheated on that score. Overall, I rate this experience poor value, I'm very disappointed so I won't be using Interflora again.

Hi used interflora many times and always happy but I do feel this time not so great. I appreciate these were ordered short notice but it was a suggestion via interflora to congratulate uni place students after receiving results and states could delivery same day but I still expect good quality and the flowers in the picture my daughter sent me to say thanks look nothing like picture and to be honest a bit dead. Not great quality and colour

I ordered flowers which cost £70.00 and I really didn’t think the flowers looked £70.00. They came from a different florist and not worth the money. Very disappointed

Basic flowers and not many of them? For a £45 (plus the £7 delivery) bouquet I expected more. Very, very disappointing and embarrassing as they were sent for a special birthday. This isn't the first time so I won't be using inter flora again.
